Sami Sheen Reflects on Her Rhinoplasty 1 Year After Going Under the Knife: ‘Best Decision’

The OnlyFans model has been candid about the work she’s had done. In April, she broke down all the procedures she’s undergone via TikTok: “For starters, I started getting lip filler when I was 18 and I do a touch-up every year because I’m addicted,” she said. “I absolutely hate the way my lips look without filler in it and I continue to over-line my lips still. It’s an addiction.”

She then detailed her Botox injections, which she got shortly after her first lip-filler appointment. She gets Botox in her forehead with the intent to “lift” her brows, but the treatment actually resulted “in the complete opposite.”

Before getting her nose job, she experimented with nose filler, but still felt like she “just needed a rhinoplasty.”

Sami has also been candid about her breast augmentation, but exclusively told Us Weekly that she plans to get her implants removed after experiencing breast implant illness — and worried that it’ll affect her OnlyFans career.

“I’ve already gotten some messages from my subscribers … saying that they’re gonna stick around no matter what and they don’t care what they look like,” Sami told Us in June. “I think I definitely am gonna get a lot of photos of my boobs before I have to say bye to them forever. And I’m gonna stock up on my content and then, after that, once I’m all healed, um, I don’t know. We’ll see.”
