Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ prison release date moved up again

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ prison release date has been moved up once again, weeks after the disgraced rapper was released from solitary confinement.

According to the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey, the “Act Bad” emcee will now be released from prison on Feb. 5, 2028.

In July, Page Six confirmed with the Federal Bureau of Prisons that Combs’ release date was moved up by one month from Feb. 23, 2028, to Jan. 24, 2028, after the three-time Grammy winner got into a brawl with another inmate.

Earlier this month, however, the agency’s website showed that Combs wouldn’t get out until Feb. 20, 2028.

TMZ reported in July that the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper, 56, got into a heated altercation after being dissed and took “matters into his own hands.”

Multiple sources told the outlet that the Fort Dix prisoners scuffled and pushed each other.

Combs reportedly “held his own” during the altercation, an insider alleged.

The prison staff was able to separate the men, and the dad of seven was placed in solitary confinement.

In August, TMZ reported that Combs had been released from solitary confinement.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons declined to comment on the matter, telling Page Six in a statement, “For privacy, safety, and security reasons, we do not release information regarding the conditions of confinement for any inmate, including housing assignments, nor do we discuss whether a particular inmate is the subject of allegations, investigations, or sanctions.”

Last July, Combs was found not guilty on two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and on racketeering conspiracy.

However, he was convicted on two counts of transportation for prostitution.

The “I Need a Girl” hitmaker was sentenced to 50 months behind bars and was transferred from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, to Fort Dix.

Combs is still facing dozens of lawsuits with accusations ranging from sexual assault to drugging to trafficking. The Revolt co-founder has maintained his innocence.
