Shia LaBeouf is facing new legal troubles stemming from his Mardi Gras bar brawl earlier this month.

A new warrant from New Orleans Police Department has reportedly been issued for the “Transformers” actor, 39, reports local news outlet WWL Louisiana.

Sources told the outlet the new case comes from an additional victim involved in LaBeouf’s wild fight at New Orleans party spot R Bar.

A rep for LaBeouf did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment nor did New Orleans Police Department immediately respond when reached for comment.

The news comes just one day after LaBeouf appeared in court for his Feb. 17 arrest where he was released on $100,000 bond.

As per the conditions of his release, judge Simone Levine ordered the “Holes” star to attend rehab and undergo a drug testing program.

Footage of the Feb. 17 altercation showed the former Disney actor drunkenly hurling gay slurs at the men before throwing punches at them and, at one point, even head-butting one of the men.

According to the official police report, police claim LaBeouf called the men “f——s” during the fight and he didn’t stop yelling slurs at the men once cops arrived to investigate the matter.

“These f—–s put me in jail,” LaBeouf said, per the report. “I’m a Catholic.”

Police went on to add that one of the men was left with a possibly dislocated nose despite telling LaBeouf that he did not want to fight him.

The actor was charged with two counts of simple battery for the incident.

Hours after he was released from jail, the ex-child star almost immediately resumed his partying. He was spotted poking fun at his arrest by dancing with his paperwork in his mouth.

The following day, Page Six obtained exclusive photos of the actor going on a run and then attempting to attend church on Ash Wednesday.
