Sophie Turner makes rare dating confession after Chris Martin romance rumors

Sophie Turner is pulling back the curtain on her dating struggles.

The actress made a rare confession about her love life to Net-a-Porter’s PORTER on Monday, saying she “sack[s] off parts of [her] life sometimes.”

The “Game of Thrones” alum, 29, explained, “I mean, I haven’t seen my friends, or I haven’t gone on a date in weeks, months!”

Turner, who made headlines in October for going on a “secret date” with Chris Martin, noted that she “only [has] the capacity for work and family right now,” referencing her and ex-husband Joe Jonas’ two daughters — Willa, 5, and Delphine, 3.

“But I’m working on it,” she added. “I’ll get there.”

The Emmy nominee is looking forward to “some peace in [her] thirties” after a “relatively hard” time in her twenties.”

Turner said, “I feel like it’s been really hectic for a long time and I’m ready to not have that anymore. Just settle a bit. We’ll see if that happens.”

The “Dark Phoenix” star “learned that [she] can survive a lot” during the difficult decade.

Turner was 20 when she started dating Jonas, 36, in 2016, and the “Camp Rock” star got down on one knee the following year.

The couple tied the knot in May 2019 in Las Vegas, walking down the aisle again that same year in France.

Willa was born in 2020, followed by Delphine in 2022.

Turner and the Jonas Brothers member called it quits in 2023 and engaged in a messy custody battle before finalizing their divorce in September 2024.

Turner moved on with aristocrat Peregrine “Perry” Pearson in November 2023, and she was last linked to Martin.

She and the Coldplay frontman, 48, went on multiple dates and had a “spark,” Us Weekly reported in November 2025 — but neither have confirmed the connection.

Jonas, for his part, has made headlines for post-divorce romances with model Stormi Lee and, most recently, Tatiana Gabriela.

The singer confessed to Esquire in October 2025 that he doesn’t date “so much” and is not on apps — but has met partners through TikTok and Instagram.
