Stefon Diggs Surprises Pregnant Girlfriend Cardi B with Truck Full of Roses to Celebrate Her Album Release

Stefon Diggs went all out to celebrate his girlfriend Cardi B on her album release day.

As the 32-year-old rapper marked the release of her second album Am I the Drama? on Friday, Sept. 19, Diggs, 31, surprised her Thursday evening with a jaw-dropping bouquet of red Venus et Fleur roses on the streets in New York City.

Video footage shows Cardi, who confirmed she’s expecting a baby with Diggs during an appearance on CBS Mornings a day earlier, wearing a bathrobe on the street as she watches a gigantic box of roses arriving on a truck. To top off the surprise, the New England Patriots wide receiver put his girlfriend’s photo and album title on the box in celebration of her new album.

Cardi looked completely surprised by her boyfriend’s sweet gesture before giving him a hug.

Diggs also showed support for Cardi on social media, praising her in her Instagram comments. “Proud of you for staying focused ❤️,” the NFL star wrote in one comment.

In two more comments on her post, Diggs playfully wrote, “Thinking of Spanish names.. right now 👨🏽‍🍼,” and “100% team boy 💙 😩🙏🏾.”

During her appearance on CBS, Cardi said she’s “happy” and feel like she’s “in a good space” as she and Diggs prepare for their first child together. “I feel very strong, very powerful that I’m doing all this work — but I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby,” she said of her album and upcoming tour. She went on to say that Diggs “just makes me feel safe and very confident and very strong.”

Diggs and Cardi were first linked in October 2024 when podcaster DJ Akademiks made claims about the pair on his YouTube channel. “If you don’t know, Stefon Diggs is dating Cardi B,” he said. “Cardi B left Offset … she got with Stefon Diggs.”

Cardi hard-launched their relationship on Instagram in June 2025 when she shared a photo of them embracing on a yacht. “Chapter 5 ……Hello Chapter six,” she wrote in her caption.
