Teddi Mellencamp, who is battling stage 4 cancer, is admittedly “struggling.”

The daughter of famed musician John Mellencamp gave her fans an update on her health after her dad’s concerning comments about her “suffering.”

“I’ve been doing a lot of therapy, a lot of rest, a lot of hanging with the family,” Teddi, 44, shared Thursday on her and Tamra Judge’s “Two Ts in a Pod” podcast following her months-long hiatus.

“A lot of trying to get myself together because, apparently, I’m struggling with massive PTSD … from everything that happened. And I didn’t really realize it.”

Judge, 58, noted that Teddi’s “one-year anniversary” of her diagnosis was coming up on Feb. 12, as she recalled her friend experiencing “such bad headaches” at the 2025 Super Bowl in New Orleans.

“It’s so crazy,” the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum acknowledged, adding that she’s “starting to feel a little better” because “the cloud is lifting.”

On Wednesday, John — who has had conversations with Teddi about her end-of-life plans — appeared on the “Joe Rogan Experience” podcast and spoke about her being “really sick.”

“It’s not f–king fun,” the singer-songwriter lamented. “She’s got cancer in the brain, and she’s suffering right now.”

He told Rogan about Teddi’s nature growing up, saying she leaned on him for everything.

“That kid used to call me up, and I’d go, ‘Teddi, you can have a thought without asking me if it’s … you know, figure it out yourself,’” he remembered, letting out a laugh. “‘You don’t have to ask me everything, you know?’”

For her part, Teddi has praised the Grammy winner amid her medical issues, previously claiming that she would not be “capable” of so many things without him — “not only for financial reasons.”

Teddi was diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma in October 2022. She underwent more than a dozen skin surgeries and got a clean bill of health in January 2024.

However, in February 2025, the former Bravolebrity underwent emergency brain surgery after doctors discovered “multiple tumors.”

During the operation, “more tumors were removed than expected.”

The following month, Teddi announced that her doctors found additional tumors in her brain as well as some in her lungs.

Though she was initially given a 50% chance of survival, she gave her fans an “exciting” update in April 2025, revealing that her immunotherapy treatment had “significantly shrunk” her tumors.
