Teddi Mellencamp and John Mellencamp will be sharing a special onstage moment at this year’s iHeartRadio Music Awards.

Page Six can exclusively reveal that the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum will be presenting her dad with the prestigious 2026 iHeartRadio Icon Award at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Thursday.

The Grammy-winning singer, best known for hits like “Hurts So Good,” “Jack & Diane,” “Small Town” and “Pink Houses,” will also hit the stage to perform.

The moment will be extra special for Teddi, as her father has been one of her biggest supporters amid her ongoing cancer recovery.

The TV personality, 44, revealed she was diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma in October 2022, later sharing that the cancer had metastasized to her brain and lungs. She has undergone several surgeries since then, including an emergency procedure to remove tumors in her brain, as part of her recovery.

Teddi shared a positive update about the cancer being “gone” last October, but clarified it could take some time (possibly years) before doctors declare that she’s officially in remission.

Throughout her journey, the “Two Ts In A Pod” host has been extremely open and vulnerable with fans about her health struggles. She recently addressed how all the hardship she’s faced has brought her even closer to her father.

“He was there with me at the hospital every day … he’s seen the good, the bad and the ugly. But I talk to him — I mean, he calls every day to check in,” she told Fox News Digital last week.

“This is a hard journey, and especially when you’re in treatment. I thought the surgery was going to be the hardest part, but it’s the treatment that’s really been weighing on me.”

Teddi went on to explain that she’s “found ways to be vulnerable” with John, 74, that she never thought she “needed.”

“Having cancer changes you, and I never really believed that,” she explained. “And then now, it’s just…what’s important to me has completely shifted.”

In addition to John, the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards will also celebrate “Ordinary” singer Alex Warren with the Breakthrough Artist of the Year Award.

Meanwhile, rapper Ludacris — who is hosting and performing Thursday night — will be honored with the Landmark Award, while pop star Miley Cyrus — fresh off her “Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special” press tour — will take home the Innovator Award.

Other performers set to take the stage include Alex Warren, Lainey Wilson, RAYE, TLC, Salt-N-Pepa and En Vogue.

Earlier this month, Page Six also reported that Taylor Swift will be making a special in-person appearance at the iHeartRadio Music Awards — her first awards show appearance in 2026.

Swift is this year’s most nominated artist with nine total nods, including artist of the year, pop artist of the year, favorite tour style (for the Eras Tour) and song of the year for “The Fate of Ophelia.”

The 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards air Thursday at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox, iHeartMedia radio stations nationwide and the iHeartRadio app.
