The Bear’s Molly Gordon Shares Behind-the-Scenes Photos With Jeremy Allen White Amid Romance Rumors

The Bear’s Molly Gordon shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse into life on set with costar Jeremy Allen White.

Gordon, 29, took to Instagram on Friday, June 27, to post photos of herself alongside White, 34, her onscreen love interest, sharing a carousel of five snaps taken while filming the FX series’ season 4 “Bears” episode.

The media post arrived amid rumors of a real-life romance between Gordon and White, who play Claire Dunlap and Carmen Berzatto, respectively.

In Gordon’s post, a cast photo captures White wrapping an arm around Gordon as she grasps the arm in her hand, while a second photo shows Gordon in conversation with fellow costar Ayo Edebiri as White gazes at Gordon with a slight smile.

The final photo in Gordon’s carousel shows White seated in one of the chairs at the episode’s wedding reception as Gordon stands beside him while fixing her red gown.

“I love being under the table!!!” Gordon captioned the post, referencing the moment the majority of the show’s characters come together to comfort Eva, the young daughter of Richie, played by Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and his former wife, Tiff, played by Gillian Jacobs.

“Thankful to be a part of this ensemble led by ayo, jeremy, ebon, abbi, liza, lionel, edwin, and Matty,” Gordon continued in the caption.

Many of the show’s stars hit “like” on Gordon’s tribute, including White, as well as other non-Bear celebrities including Dakota Fanning, Mandy Moore and Kaia Gerber.

Gordon and White first sparked romance rumors in September 2024 when the pair was spotted outside of set, getting into the same car. Photos shared online just days later showed the duo sharing a kiss. White was also seen wrapping his hand around his costar before she got into the car’s driver’s seat.

Two months later, during the weekend prior to Thanksgiving, the pair were photographed in New York City together. While there was no PDA sighted, they remained close during the evening walk.

Earlier this month, Gordon broke her silence regarding fan reactions of their potential relationship, telling Vanity Fair, “With the internet, I just think — I even see it in myself as a fan of things — we’re just a more judgemental society.”

She then touched on her role as being one half of a romantic lead on The Bear. “I’m always ‘the friend,’” she told the outlet. “I’ve never played the romantic person. I was like, ‘Whoa, this is going to be a different experience.’”

Gordon also spoke to the outlet about White’s character, noting that he serves as somebody “that people feel so protective over, and it’s been kind of controversial to bring a romantic element into the show.”
