Tiger Woods’ Mugshot and Crash Photos Revealed After DUI Charge and SUV Rollover in Florida
Tiger Woods’ mugshot has been released after he was charged with a DUI following a rollover car crash.
The image, released on Friday, March 27, shows the golfer dressed in a blue shirt and staring at the camera with a serious expression as his photo was taken.
News broke earlier on Friday that Woods, 50, was involved in a rollover crash in Jupiter Island, Florida, just after 2 p.m. local time. According to a press conference held by the Martin County Sheriff’s Office, authorities responded to the scene and found a pickup truck pulling a pressure cleaner trailer and a Land Rover driven by Woods that had rolled over on its side.
“The driver of [the pickup truck] looked in his mirror and saw a dark colored Land Rover overtaking him at high speeds,” Sheriff John Budensiek said at the time. “He tried to edge off to the side of the road, but this is a small two-lane road and there was no shoulder for this pressure cleaner gentleman to get off the side of the road. As he was trying to move to the side of the road, the Land Rover overtook him at the last minute, swerved to avoid a collision, but clipped the back end of the trailer.”
Woods was able to crawl out of his Land Rover through the passenger’s side window with no injuries. However, authorities believed the Land Rover driver might be impaired, and called DUI investigators to the scene.
“Mr. Woods did exemplify signs of impairment. They did several tests. He did explain the injuries and the surgeries that he had. We did take that into account,” police said in the press conference, referring to the October 2025 procedure Woods underwent to repair a collapsed lumbar disc.
Photos of the crash scene show the vehicle overturned and resting vertically on the side of the road, with physical damage visible.
The golfer did complete a breathalyzer test that resulted in “triple zeros.” However, Woods “refused” a urinalysis test. Woods was subsequently arrested and charged with DUI, property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test. Us Weekly has reached out to Woods’ rep for comment.
“We know we arrested a high profile figure … but it doesn’t matter who you are. If you break the law, we’re going to follow the law. That’s a really easy path to take,” Budensiek said of arresting Woods during the press conference.
Budensiek continued, “As far as him being in the jail, we’re going to make sure he’s safe. We’re not going to put him in general population. He’s not going to be with other inmates that can hurt him or try to capitalize on what he did. He’ll pay the price but he’s not going to pay the price by getting punished in jail.”
