Travis Kelce Makes Rare Public Appearance in the Streets of New York City for Photo Shoot

Travis Kelce is striking a pose!

The Kansas City Chiefs star, 35, was spotted during a photo shoot on the streets of New York City on Thursday, May 1 in a rare public sighting since the Chiefs’ loss to the Eagles in the Super Bowl.

Kelce was sporting an all-white ensemble for his closeup: a white sweater with green details, white jeans and white sneakers. The tight end finished his look with aviator sunglasses and a camouflage tote bag.

In one image, Kelce is seen walking across the streets of New York with one hand in his pocket and the other carrying the bag.

In another, the NFL star is sitting on a vintage Chevrolet Chevelle SS as the photographer takes his photo.

Kelce looked dapper in the all-white look, but it remains unclear what he was shooting the photos for that day.

Kelce has been staying mostly out of the public eye since the Super Bowl loss in February. Most recently prior to the photoshoot, he competed in the 2025 8AM Golf Invitational with his brother Jason, who was making his first trip “out of the house in a long time” since the birth of his and wife Kylie Kelce’s daughter Finnley “Finn” Anne in March.

The NFL star was joined by singer Justin Timberlake and comedian Andrew Santino during an outing on the course where the guys captured some silly content of Kelce showing off his moves and lip-syncing skills. In the clip, which was set to Midnight Star’s 1984 song “Curious,” Travis moved to the beat and used his golf club as a microphone.

The video was originally posted on Timberlake’s Instagram, with the musician joking about being one of Kelce’s supporting stars. “We are just @killatrav‘s backup dancers now,” his caption read under the video.

Since the Super Bowl loss in February, with girlfriend Taylor Swift in attendance, the couple has been intentional about their time off, a source told PEOPLE in April.

“They have been traveling nonstop and very much enjoy it,” the source shared. “They are making the most of their time off together. They are hanging out with friends, too. It’s a special time for them.”
