Video shows Presley Gerber’s heartbreaking final moments inside rehab hours before death

Presley Gerber’s tragic final moments in rehab before his death at 27 have been captured in a video exclusively obtained by Page Six.

In the footage, the late son of Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford is seen filming himself in Resolutions Living in Santa Monica, Calif., on the evening before he died by an apparent overdose.

Presley is wearing a white tank top, a silver chain necklace and black eyeglasses in the clip. His distinct neck tattoos could also be seen in the video.

He proceeds to film the inside of his living quarters, which features multiple beds and a balcony overlooking the manicured property and city skyline.

Two sources confirm to Page Six that the video was filmed Saturday night.

A rep for the Gerber family did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The model died of an apparent overdose while staying at the luxurious $7.7 million rehab facility on Sept. 20. He was 27.

The facility features living quarters, a movie theater, gym, city views and nearby mountains, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with meals curated by chefs for residents.

In regard to treatment, the website describes residents participating in a “three-phase recovery program” that includes “goal-setting activities, volunteer work and character-building exercises.”

Insiders told Page Six that Presley had checked into the facility the same weekend he was pronounced dead.

In dispatch audio obtained by Page Six, authorities responded to a “cardiac arrest” and “overdose.”

Another source told us Presley “seemed off” and “didn’t seem like himself” in the days leading up to his death.

After the news of his death surfaced, a family rep told Page Six in a statement that they are asking for “privacy during this very difficult and painful time.”

A source previously told Page Six that Presley’s sister, Kaia Gerber, is struggling to cope with his passing, as they shared an extremely close bond.

“Kaia and Presley were insanely close. I don’t know how she’s going to go on without him,” the source said. “They were way more than brother and sister. She is heartbroken. They were like best friends.”

Another insider told us that Presley’s mom is “devastated” and “inconsolable” after losing her only son.

“They were so close,” the source said. “What you saw online and in the press wasn’t just for that purpose. They were a tight-knit family and [sister] Kaia and Presley were more than just siblings. Cindy has to be beyond gutted.”

Presley was reportedly cremated at the Rose Family Funeral Home, with the family planning to keep his ashes at his parents’ Malibu home.

Rande and Cindy are allegedly “struggling emotionally” to plan a memorial for their late son.

“Their priority is to keep it private, without media or paparazzi there,” a source told People.

An official cause of death has yet to be revealed.

Presley had struggled with an addiction to opioids for years. He also battled depression and was arrested for a DUI in 2018, for which he pleaded no contest and was put on probation for three years.

Through it all, Cindy has stood by her son’s side and shown him her unwavering support.

“Cindy was extremely involved in everything when it came to Kaia and Presley growing up,” a source previously told us. “She never missed a school function and was on top of everything when it came to her kids.”

“I’m sure that Cindy would make sure her kid was going to the best rehab though,” the source added. “That’s the kind of mom she was. She was so involved in everything for them.”
