Where Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet Stand After He Missed Her 28th Birthday

Timothée Chalamet raised eyebrows after he missed girlfriend Kylie Jenner’s 28th birthday party.

Rumors swirled that the pair split after Jenner celebrated sans her actor boyfriend and, instead, with just her friends and family. However, a source tells Us Weekly that Jenner and Chalamet, 29, are “still together.”

Earlier this month, Jenner was joined by her loved ones for a sunflower-themed get-together in honor of her special day. The festivities included an art station where Jenner and her guests painted portraits of the reality star as the Teletubbies sun.

“Best birthday ever!!!!!!! I’m so grateful to my family and friends for making this weekend so special and full of love. 28 feels so good!!!!!” Jenner wrote via Instagram in August, alongside a series of snaps from the event. “And to my sister @kendalljenner thank you from the bottom of my heart for planning everything so perfectly. I’m so lucky to have you.”

Jenner and Chalamet have kept their romance relatively low-key — especially lately. The last time the couple were spotted together was in May in New York City. Jenner and Chalamet posed together backstage of the Broadway show, Oh, Mary. They were also photographed at a New York Knicks game as the team took on the Indiana Pacers during the conference finals. Jenner and Chalamet got cozy in their seats and packed on the PDA throughout the game.

Last month, Jenner took a step to make her and Chalamet’s relationship Instagram official as she followed the actor on the platform. Chalamet has yet to return the favor — his account currently follows no one.

Us confirmed that Chalamet and Jenner were an item in April 2023 following the beauty founder’s split from Travis Scott. Jenner and Scott dated on and off from 2017 to 2022. The exes share two children: daughter Stormi, 7, and son Aire, 3.

“He’s very charming and he makes her laugh, and he’s easy to talk to,” an insider exclusively told Us of Jenner and Chalamet’s connection at the time. “He’s not like any of the other guys she’s dated before and although he may not seem like her type, they have really good chemistry.”

Jenner was also by Chalamet’s side during awards season earlier this year. The A Complete Unknown actor brought Jenner as his plus one to multiple shows, including the Golden Globes and the Oscars. However, the couple made their red carpet debut at the 70th David Di Donatello film festival, where they walked the red carpet together in coordinating black looks.

“Kylie’s really happy and relieved they finally made their debut. It was time, and she wanted to publicly support him and show how proud of him she is,” an additional source exclusively told Us. “She and Timothée have gotten really serious, and this was a big step.”

The insider added that Jenner and Chalamet also took their relationship to the next level in another manner.

“They are practically living together at this point, as he stays at her house often when he is not working,” the source continued. “He has been fully integrated into her life.”
