Yolanda Hadid buys newly renovated $4M manse only to tear it ‘completely’ apart: source
From farm to renovation.
Page Six hears Yolanda Hadid is offloading her sprawling Pennsylvania lavender farm — and that she snapped up another multimillion dollar property nearby.
But locals are surprised by what she’s doing with the new place since she bought it.
Hadid listed her New Hope equestrian estate at the end of September, with a source telling us the home already has an offer down for close to $11 million.
Meanwhile, a source tells us the former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star picked up a new $4 million manse in the area that is closer to her model daughter, Gigi Hadid, and her granddaughter, Khai.
But despite the home’s meticulous, high-end renovation by acclaimed interior designer Timothy Summers Bailey — a key selling point in the listing — Hadid has wasted no time tearing it apart.
“Even though a ton of work and money went into this turnkey designer home, she wasted no time and completely gutted the place,” says one gobsmacked neighbor. “She has had every contractor and subcontractor in there ripping out floors, lighting, fixtures.”
There is one upside.
“People are driving by and picking up all the unused designer cast-offs in her trash,” says a spy. “It’s a small town. People are talking.”
The listing for the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom spot notes, the “masterful renovation by acclaimed interior designer Timothy Summers Bailey,” saying it “has been transformed into a sanctuary of refinement and serenity.”
“Every inch of this estate reflects a dedication to timeless design and elevated materials, blending old-world elegance with modern luxury,” says the listing. “Rich ash flooring flows seamlessly throughout, while expansive windows and doors, installed in 2023, bathe the interiors in luminous natural light, amplifying the home’s serene ambiance.”
The home also featured Carrara mosaic tile, custom white oak cabinetry and curated lighting fixtures, some of which, we hear, have made their way into the garbage.
In December 2023, Page Six exclusively reported that Gigi’s boyfriend Bradley Cooper had picked up a $6.5 million home on a 33-acre plot of land in the area.
Gigi’s ex, former One Direction star Zayn Malik, also lives nearby, on a farm where he grows cherries, tomatoes and cucumbers.
