YouTuber accuses Blake Lively of intimidation, harassment amid Justin Baldoni legal war

Blake Lively has been accused of intimidation and harassment by a YouTuber seeking a protective order against her.

Lauren Neidigh, whose username on the platform is LethalLauren904, made this request in a letter to a judge on Monday, according to Us Weekly.

Neidigh blasted Lively, 37, for subpoenaing her and fellow content creators McKenzie Folks and Kassidy O’Connell amid the actress’ legal war with “It Ends With Us” co-star Justin Baldoni.

Lively’s team, notably, dropped the subpoenas earlier this week.

However, Neidigh wants to know why the “Gossip Girl” alum wanted her banking information in the first place — and claimed Lively’s lawyers have been “largely unresponsive.”

She wrote, “[Lively’s] Subpoena targeted creators who have expressed unfavorable opinions about her online. The Subpoena was not supported by any evidence. It served to intimidate, harass, chill constitutionally protected free speech, and threaten the safety and privacy of non-parties.”

Neidigh pointed out in her letter that Lively did not close the door on reissuing the subpoenas, leaving an “undue burden” on the YouTubers in question.

To prevent the “ongoing threat” of “further abusive discovery requests,” Neidigh requested a protective order.

Additionally, she asked for sanctions.

Lively’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

In addition to Neidigh, O’Connell and Folks, the “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” star has also subpoenaed more prominent media figures — Perez Hilton and Candace Owens — in her legal battle.

Meanwhile, Baldoni made headlines in May for subpoenaing Lively’s pal Taylor Swift as a witness, only to drop the summons.

His and Lively’s viral drama began in December 2024 when the “Shallows” star filed a sexual harassment complaint against Baldoni — and officially sued him the following month.

While the actor, who has denied the allegations, countersued Lively for defamation, his lawsuit was dismissed in June.

As Lively’s case remains ongoing, she sat for a deposition at her lawyer’s New York City office on Thursday, with Baldoni reportedly in the room.

Lively told “Late Night With Seth Meyers” viewers in May that she “feel[s] fortunate to have been able to” speak about the scandal since “fear is, by design, [meant] … to keep us silent.”

Baldoni, for his part, has not done a sitdown interview addressing the headlines — but did break his social media silence over the weekend to honor his and wife Emily Baldoni‘s 12th wedding anniversary.

The couple has remained largely out of the public eye amid Justin’s legal battle, except for a Hawaii family vacation in January.

Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, however, have made multiple appearances in recent months, from movie premieres to Broadway date nights.
