’90 Day Fiancé’ star Darcey Silva tells ‘Virtual Reali-Tea’ which cosmetic procedure is next on her wish list

“90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” star Darcey Silva is certainly no stranger to cosmetic procedures — there is still at least one more left to complete on her plastic surgery wish list. 

“Actually, I was thinking of doing a make-under for maybe going a little smaller [with my breasts],” the TLC personality tells Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea,” noting that her twin sister, Stacey Silva, is also thinking of going back under the knife to minimize her bust. 

“Stacey and I were thinking of going a little smaller, maybe a size or two down, [with] our breasts,” Darcey, 50, continues. “I’m on a roll with the make-under.”

Darcey — known for her sexy, bold style and bodacious curves — has been embracing simpler sartorial choices and gearing up for surgical enhancements that align with a more understated image she feels is more reflective of who she is in 2025.

“I think sometimes less is more and I think we’re petite anyway and [our current breast implants are] a little heavy and weighing us down so, you know, a little bit more of a demure look, a little bit more feminine, a little bit lighter,” she explains. 

Like many in the US, Darcey and Stacey often travel to Turkey for their plastic surgeries where prices are low but medical care is known to be top-notch. 

“We go there for our surgeries and our glow-ups. We’re on a longevity journey,” says Darcey, who visited the Page Six studio in New York City with husband Georgi Rusev. 

“We’re really excited to continue to do more things and maybe go a little smaller in the boobs towards the end of the year.” 

Meanwhile, Rusev tells “Virtual Reali-Tea” that he feels Darcey is “perfect” as is.

“She should keep it just how it is,” he says, though the model would prefer if Darcey would adopt a more modest style. “You just need to cover them a little bit more … when we go to travel to [my native] Bulgaria, especially.” 

Darcey jokes that she will most likely revisit Turkey before she returns to Bulgaria, where she recently met Rusev’s family during a trip documented for “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?”. 

“We … went [to Turkey] in April for the fox-eye [procedure], so we did the brow lift,” she says, noting that the facial surgery marked Darcey and Stacey’s second Turkish brow lift. 

Darcey says that she and Stacey have also had rhinoplasties, surgeries on their jaws and cheek lifts “a couple of years ago.” 

The most painful procedure of all, however, was liposuction and abdominal etching. 

“It’s painful and you’re really bruised up so it’s not as tolerable,” Darcey says. “But the boobs, the nose, the face didn’t really hurt at all. You just rest. It’s not very painful.”
