Kardashians ‘annoyed’ Meghan Markle, Prince Harry are ‘overshadowing’ Kris Jenner’s birthday party
The Kardashians are allegedly not happy about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry “overshadowing” Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday party.
An insider exclusively tells Page Six that the famous brood is “getting annoyed with the Sussex camp” for “overshadowing” what was intended to be “a celebration of Kris.”
The source is referring to drama involving since-deleted photos that were taken of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex from inside the bash. We’re told a rep for the couple allegedly asked Jenner and Kim Kardashian to remove the pics they shared of the royals in Instagram photo dumps recapping the party.
Additionally, a recent report suggested that Harry and Markle marked “no” on an alleged consent form that was handed out at the momager’s soirée.
But another source close to the situation adamantly tells Page Six that that’s simply not true — as a consent form never existed.
Page Six has reached out to reps for both the Kardashians and the Sussexes for comment.
As previously reported, Harry and Markle headed to Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s $175 million Beverly Hills mansion over the weekend for Jenner’s star-studded soirée, where they were photographed holding hands as they arrived at the estate.
After the party ended, Jenner posted a carousel of images on Instagram, including a snap of her posing with Harry and Markle inside the bash, which has now been mysteriously removed.
Kardashian took to her own account to share a photo with Markle — but that pic has also been scrubbed.
As social media theories began to swirl about why the photos were deleted, a source exclusively told Page Six that a rep for the Sussexes reached out to the Kardashian-Jenner clan with the removal request.
“They don’t want to piss off the royal family while they are trying to reconcile,” the insider said, referring to Harry trying to mend his relationship with his father, King Charles III, and his brother, Prince William.
“They need the [royal] family. Meghan is aware of that.”
We were also told that the “Harry & Meghan” stars wanted the photos removed out of respect for Britain’s Remembrance Day, which honors fallen soldiers.
To mark the somber holiday, Harry rocked a red poppy pin on his black tuxedo for Jenner’s starry event.
