‘RHOA’ star Porsha Williams reveals what really went down before she was escorted off Delta flight

Porsha Williams’ lawyer is speaking out after a video of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star being escorted off a Delta Airlines flight surfaced.

“Ms. Williams was verbally assaulted by an irate and unhinged passenger without provocation. The passenger then proceeded to make false allegations that were in direct conflict with observations from several eyewitnesses,” Williams’ lawyer, Joe Habachy, told TMZ Tuesday morning.

“As with any incident occurring aboard an aircraft, federal authorities are required to conduct an investigation involving all parties to determine what, if any, offenses occurred.”

Habachy noted that Williams “has every intention of cooperating with law enforcement to whatever extent necessary, and remains confident that the passenger will be charged.”

On Sunday, the former “Celebrity Apprentice” star was met by cops after she landed in Atlanta following her BravoCon 2025 appearance.

Although it was unclear what happened, Williams could be seen in a video obtained by TMZ smiling and cooperating with authorities.

A spokesperson for the FBI Atlanta confirmed a situation had happened as they told the outlet, “FBI Atlanta is aware of incident on a Delta flight on November 16th allegedly involving Porsha Williams and/or at least one other person.

“We are looking to see whether any federal charges may or may not apply.”

A law-enforcement source further told the US Sun that Williams and a “female passenger got into an argument” on the flight. They also noted that the only reason the FBI got involved was due to the incident happening in the air.

The outlet reported that neither Williams nor the woman was detained after the flight landed.

Meanwhile, a Delta representative confirmed to TMZ that two passengers were spoken to by cabin crew, but that the situation did not disrupt the flight as it continued and landed without any issues.

Williams, for her part, has remained tight-lipped about the situation.

She has, however, gushed about her time at BravoCon, which spanned from Friday to Sunday.

A day after the incident, the “Real Housewife” shared several snaps from the three-day weekend, which she dubbed “the ultimate mash up” and the “best kind of reunion,” on social media.

She posed alongside “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” stars Kyle Richards and Teddi Mellencamp, as well as attended multiple panels.

In another post, she also talked about feeling like herself again following her divorce from Simon Guobadia.
