Paul Rudd Is Taken Aback After Being Told He Has a ‘Huge Penis’ in Racy Interview

Paul Rudd has been in Hollywood for decades, but discussing his penis — and its “huge” size — during an interview threw the veteran actor for a loop.

“You have a huge penis,” Rick Glassman told Rudd, 56, during the Thursday, January 8, episode of his “Take Your Shoes Off” podcast. “You do — you have a huge penis.”

Rudd just shrugged his shoulders every so slightly at the remark, not confirming or denying the actual size of his manhood.

Glassman’s statement came as he and Rudd recalled a skit he did on the show in summer 2025 in which Rudd’s character soils himself. As a result he has to remove his pants, which in the bit was blurred out, but Glassman revealed that he and his staff saw all of the Ant-Man actor.

Judd Apatow name-dropped all his famous friends in his new book, Comedy Nerd: A Lifelong Obsession in Stories and Pictures. “I’ve worked on this book for a few years. It’s emotional getting to the end of this process,” Apatow, 57, wrote in the book, published on Tuesday, October 28. “I have always been a hoarder, […]

Glassman, 41, joked on Thursday’s show that “showing the poop” in the skit was like taking Rudd “down two points,” but joked, “Showing the penis raises you four. So I thought you’re coming out ahead.”

Rudd’s face was mostly unexpressive during the conversation, but he did laugh at Glassman’s math. “So basically, two steps back, four steps forward,” the Clueless star said.

“I didn’t realize that you even saw my penis,” Rudd confessed, to which Glassman replied, “It was hard — it was soft to miss. It was hard to miss, even when it’s soft.”

The podcast host asked, “Do you feel like people don’t know how big your penis is?”

Not all actors have worn penis prosthetics for full frontal scenes, others have preferred to bare it all. Cooper Koch had viewers talking about his performance as Erik Menéndez when Ryan Murphy’s Monsters premiered in September 2024. But it wasn’t just his one-shot episodes where Koch — as Menéndez — recounted years of abuse at […]

Rudd played coy about the size of his unmentionables, noting that he doesn’t think the size of his penis is common knowledge.

“I mean I’ve never done — I’ve never been naked in a movie,” Rudd explained. “I’m a fairly private person.”

He quipped, “I don’t wanna just be wagging my d*** all over the place. I’m not Harvey Keitel in The Piano.” (Keitel famously went full frontal in the 1993 film.)

While Rudd’s manhood is something that isn’t talked about much — which the actor is seemingly fine with — his ability to never age is a topic often brought up when mentioning the A-lister.

In April 2024, Jennifer Aniston poked fun at Rudd and his youthful appearance while sharing a birthday tribute on social media.

“Happy Birthday Paul Rudd. I love you, you ageless freak!” the actress, 56, who costarred with Rudd on Friends in the ‘90s joked via Instagram.

Rudd’s friendliness is another one of his characteristics that is frequently referenced by his friends, costars and employees. (Rudd co-owns Rhineback, New York, candy store Samuel’s Sweet Shop with actors Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Hilarie Burton Morgan and Andy Ostroy.)

“He’s always nice and friendly,” Samuel’s Sweet Shop manager John Traver exclusively told Us Weekly in March 2024 of Rudd as a boss. “He takes time to speak to the staff and learn their names and ask them questions about their lives. And then he’ll share things about his life or show us, you know, pictures from the Super Bowl or talk about what’s going on with their house or their dog or whatever.”
