RHOBH’s Dorit Kemsley Addresses Report That Her House Could Be Foreclosed Due to Unpaid Mortgage

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Dorit Kemsley is clearing things up after a recent report claimed that her home is at risk of foreclosure.

During a Thursday, March 19, appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Dorit, 49, was asked about a recent RadarOnline report alleging that she and estranged husband PK Kemsley owe over $840,000 in mortgage repayments.

“That is something that I learned a few weeks before everyone else learned [about it],” Dorit said. “It’s something that PK was in charge of. I didn’t know it was not being paid. We’ve since spoken and he agreed to bring it up to date.”

Dorit confirmed that she and PK, 58, will “put the house on the market,” and she will look for a new home with the former couple’s two children, son Jagger, 12, and daughter Phoenix, 10.

Dorit and PK first bought their six-bedroom home in Encino, Los Angeles, for $6,475,000 in August 2019.

After Dorit and PK announced their separation in May 2024, Dorit remained in the 9,000-square-foot family home with the couple’s two children.

“We as a couple have been subject to a lot of speculation about our marriage. We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together,” Dorit and PK said in a May 2024 statement announcing their split. “To safeguard our deep friendship and maintain a harmonious environment for our children, we have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children. We appreciate your love and support while we continue to do the work necessary throughout this journey. With love, Dorit and PK.”

Dorit filed for divorce from PK almost a year later, in April 2025, per court documents obtained by Us Weekly at the time.

The Bravo star cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split and requested sole legal and physical custody of their two children. She also requested spousal support.

In January, Dorit said she was open to dating again, nearly two years on from her separation.

During a WWHL appearance, Dorit confirmed to host Andy Cohen that she hadn’t been on a date since the split, but “I’d like to kiss someone.”

Dorit has opened up about her tough divorce from PK during the latest season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which is currently airing on Bravo.

At a party thrown by costar Jennifer Tilly, Dorit accused PK of “torturing” her amid their divorce proceedings.

In a confessional, Dorit said, “My kids, they needed love and support, and just to be around family. This is the first time I’m seeing the impact of mine and PK’s divorce and it’s ripping my heart out of my chest.”
