Demi Moore and Bruce Willis have a die-hard relationship.

The actress — who was married to Willis from 1987 to 2000 — wished her ex-husband a very happy 71st birthday on Thursday.

“All you need is LOVE. Happy birthday, BW! ♥️,” she captioned the sweet Instagram tribute that featured two photos of Willis with his granddaughter, Louetta.

She also shared the adorable photos on her Instagram Stories, captioning them, “Generational birthday love! Happy birthday, BW!”

Bruce and Moore, 63, were married for 13 years before splitting in 2000. During their time together, they welcomed daughter Rumer — Louetta’s mom — as well as Scout and Tallulah.

The “Die Hard” actor’s wife of 16 years, Emma Heming, shared her own birthday tribute to Instagram, touching on Willis’ frontotemporal dementia diagnosis.

“Today we celebrate Bruce’s birthday. 💙,” the “Unexpected Journey” author, 47, began. “This journey with frontotemporal dementia (FTD) has opened my eyes to the realities so many families face. It’s what inspired me to create The Emma & Bruce Willis Fund to raise awareness of FTD, support research, and stand beside the caregivers who carry so much every day.”

Heming — who shares daughters Mabel, 13, and Evelyn, 11, with Willis — added that if anyone wants to honor her husband on his special day, they should “consider supporting the fund.”

In 2022, the legendary actor’s family announced he was retiring from acting following an aphasia diagnosis. Shortly after, his battle with dementia was revealed.

In January, Hemind opened up about her husband’s condition, explaining that Willis “never connected” the dots that he has dementia.

When asked by Cameron Rogers on her “Conversations with Cam” podcast if Willis is aware of his frontotemporal dementia (FTP) diagnosis, Heming confessed that he thinks his behavior is completely normal.

“I think that’s the blessing and the curse of this, Bruce never tapped in — he never connected the dots that he has this disease and I’m really happy about that, that he doesn’t know about it,” she shared.

However, Heming clarified that Willis is not in denial, but it is his brain’s way of helping him understand his new normal.

She added that the actor also knows who everyone around him is, as he has dementia and not Alzheimer’s disease.

As Heming put it, “You just learn how to adapt and meet them where they are at.”
