Zayn Malik has dropped out of his forthcoming appearance on “The Tonight Show” to reportedly seek treatment from the “No. 1 cardiologist in the world.”

The One Direction alum, who was recently hospitalized, was scheduled to appear on Jimmy Fallon’s late-night show on Tuesday, but “isn’t able to due to doctor’s recommendations,” an insider told People.

“He’s still working through his health issues,” the source added.

A rep for Malik did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The “Pillowtalk” crooner, 33, was supposed to promote his fifth studio album, “Konnakol,” on Fallon’s show, but unexpectedly landed in the hospital last Friday.

“To my fans — Thank you to all of you for your love & support now & always — been a long week and am still unexpectedly recovering,” he wrote via his Instagram Stories at the time, sharing a photo of himself in a hospital bed.

“Heartbroken that I can’t see you all this week, I wouldn’t be in the place I am today without you guys and am so thankful for your understanding,” he added.

Malik graciously thanked the hospital staff, including nurses and cardiologists, who helped him.

“You are all legends,” he concluded. “Big big love xx z.”

Malik’s condition is currently unclear, as he did not elaborate on the details of his recent hospitalization.

Additionally, the “Night Changes” emcee was scheduled to appear at the Rough Trade Below store in New York City on Monday.

He’s also supposed to kick off his highly anticipated tour, beginning May at the AO Arena in Manchester, United Kingdom, and scheduled to wrap Nov. 20 in Miami.

Malik, who shares daughter Khai, 5, with ex Gigi Hadid, has been promoting his music and tour via social media.

The hitmaker last hit the road for his “Stairway to the Sky Tour” from November 2024 to March 2025.

While touring, his One Direction bandmate Liam Payne tragically died. He briefly paused his tour before later returning to the stage and honoring his pal.
