Take Jenner, who admitted to getting implants at just 19 years old during a 2023 episode of The Kardashians. At the time, she admitted she wished she “never got them done to begin with.”
Then, in June 2025, Jenner opened up via social media about the exact amount of cubic centimeters (cc) she received for the surgery: “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!” She also added that her implants were silicone.

The admission was refreshingly honest and was in response to a fan who asked. “Hope this helps, lol,” the Kylie Cosmetics founder quipped while also name-dropping her surgeon: Dr. Garth Fisher.
