New footage shows Britney Spears allegedly failing a sobriety test during her DUI arrest on March 4.

In dashcam footage obtained by TMZ Thursday, the Grammy winner was seen being questioned by police officers before she was placed in handcuffs.

Spears can be heard asking cops if they had her phone, which they claimed was still in her purse.

Page Six exclusively reported that several drivers reported the “Toxic” songstress, 44, to police when they saw her allegedly driving “erratically” and almost “sideswip[ing]” several vehicles while in Ventura County.

“I’m reporting an erratic driving person,” one person said in a 911 call.

The individual told the dispatch responder the location and told them how a BMW was allegedly moving “in and out of lanes” and “slamming on the brakes.”

“It almost sideswiped a couple of vehicles. It’s driving at high speeds. I’m worried they’re going to crash with somebody,” the caller said.

A second caller reported a “possible drunk driver” in a black BMW, saying how she allegedly “almost sideswiped three or four vehicles.”

Additionally, in a police report obtained by Us Weekly, officers smelled a “distinct odor of an alcoholic beverage” from inside Spears’ car.

The “Gimme More” singer allegedly told an officer that she had one mimosa several hours prior, before bragging about her tolerance level.

“I could probably drink four bottles of wine and take care of you. I’m an angel,” she said.

Spears also claimed to have taken prescription drugs, including the mood stabilizer Lamictal and anticonvulsant, antidepressant Prozac and Adderall.

“[An officer] located a brown purse that contained a bottle of pills labeled ‘Adderall,’ which were not prescribed to Spears,” the report read, adding that there was an empty wine glass in the car’s cup holder.

Spears also allegedly told officers that on the sobriety scale from zero to 10, she was a “zero.” Additionally, she didn’t want to complete field sobriety tests.

The hitmaker, however, passed several breathalyzer tests.

Following the arrest, Spears checked herself into rehab in April, with her rep telling Page Six that she was “dedicated to working on her health.”

Her lawyer Michael Goldstein accepted a “wet reckless” offer on Spears’ behalf on May 4.

Spears received a one-year informal probationary grant and is required to complete a three-month alcohol school totaling 30 hours.
