Rob Kardashian is all smiles in rare pics celebrating Khloé’s birthday
Rob Kardashian made a rare appearance on his sister Khloé Kardashian’s Instagram this weekend after attending her 42nd birthday party.
The photo showed the smiling 39-year-old standing next to his mom, Kris Jenner, as well as sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, and Khloé.
His daughter with Blac Chyna, Dream, was also pictured, while the SKIMS founder held Kourtney’s youngest son, Rocky, in her arms.
“How blessed am I? Missing a few but they’re always with me ♥️,” the Good American founder captioned the sweet photo, from which Kylie and Kendall Jenner were notably absent.
Rob replied to his sister’s post, saying, “We are so Blessed to have you! We love you so much!!! 🩵🩵🩵💙💙💙🫂.”
Khloé also shared a photo of the “Rob & Chyna” alum with his 9-year-old daughter.
After appearing on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” since its 2007 premiere and starring in his own show in 2016, Rob stepped back from the spotlight that same year to prioritize his privacy.
“I don’t wanna be filming and putting myself in a position where I’m not comfortable,” Rob explained on sister Khloé’s podcast in 2025, noting that he’s “not comfortable in [his] skin.”
“I love filming if it’s positive and natural and I’m feeling good about myself,” Rob continued. “I like being around my family, so that stuff is good to me. I have nothing against [filming], it’s just the reason I don’t is because I’m a homebody and I just choose, like I said, my happiness and peace.”
Since then, his public appearances have been sparse. He was spotted in the Season 7 premiere of “The Kardashians,” which aired in October 2025, making his first television appearance in nine years.
In the episode, Kim confessed to missing her younger brother on the show “because he’s just so funny.”
And before that, in June 2025, the “All’s Fair” star also shared a rare photo of Rob while celebrating friend La La Anthony’s birthday.
