Savannah Guthrie reunites with Hoda Kotb during weeks-long ‘Today’ show break

Savannah Guthrie reunited with Hoda Kotb during her weeks-long break from the “Today” show.

Kotb, 61, posted an Instagram photo of the former co-hosts smiling on Thursday.

“My favorite place… next to you ❤️ @savannahguthrie,” the journalist, who exited NBC last year, captioned the outdoor shot.

In the social media upload, the ex-colleagues sat side-by-side on a couch with their arms around each other.

Guthrie, who co-hosted “Today” with Kotb between 2018 and 2025, wore a black dress in the picture.

Her pal, meanwhile, sported a long-sleeve red top.

The reunion comes three weeks into Guthrie’s absence from the NBC morning show while filming a Wordle game show.

She announced on July 16 that her break would last “a few weeks” — and a return date has yet to be revealed.

“We’re going to shoot the whole season, and we’re super excited,” Guthrie gushed at the time. “Cannot wait for everyone to see it.”

She was announced as the host of the Jimmy Fallon-produced show in May.

“We were looking for the perfect host for this. We needed someone who looks like they play Wordle, someone who knows how to run a show,” Fallon, 51, explained.

The “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” host gushed that Guthrie was “amazing” in the pilot, which is slated to premiere in 2027.

She, notably, was not present when Craig Melvin was confronted on the “Today” show set by a crazed intruder, who has since been hit with a slew of hate crime charges.

Guthrie is still navigating the tragic disappearance of her mom, Nancy Guthrie, who was last seen in late January.

Savannah, who has acknowledged that the 84-year-old may be dead, recently pleaded with Nancy’s captors in an emotional video when the search reached the six-month mark.

“Do the right thing,” the former attorney tearfully urged on Aug. 1. “If you know anything — anything at all — please come forward.”

Savannah was off the “Today” show in the first two months of her mother’s abduction, with Kotb filling in for her.

Savannah returned in April — and sat down with Kotb the month prior for her first sitdown interview on the tragedy.
