Alexis Gosselin made a rare appearance in her mom Kate’s TikTok video days after her brother, Collin, released an emotional open letter to his siblings about being “forced apart.”

Alexis, 21, was seen briefly in her mom’s video posted Saturday that showed the reality star-turned-nurse, 50, packing lunch for her 12-hour work shift.

The mother-daughter duo hug each other goodbye in the video as Alexis left the home.

“Ride carefully, and text me when you get there, please,” Kate called to her, to which Alexis replied, “Love you.”

Alexis has lived a very private life since her family’s reality TV days ended. She seemingly lives with her mom based on the video unlike her brother Collin, also 21, who is estranged from his mother and his siblings.

Alexis was last seen celebrating her 21st birthday with three of her sextuplets via Kate’s Instagram in May, but siblings Collin and Hannah were noticeably missing.

On Thursday, Collin took to TikTok and shared a throwback photo of him and his seven siblings with heartbreaking message written atop. “Born to be a team, us against the world…” it read.

The second slide showed a solo picture of Collin now, with a message that said, “Forced to do it alone, and wonder every day what our lives could’ve looked like.”

“Forced apart, pitted against each other,” he captioned the post. “All the fame and money in the world, but what about kids being kids?”

“I will always love them more than anything,” the “Jon & Kate Plus 8” alum wrote of twin sisters Madelyn and Cara, 24, and fellow sextuplets Alexis, Leah, Hannah, Aaden and Joel.

“The tears I shed behind closed doors, thinking about the memories we could’ve shared. I love you guys,” Collin completed his heart wrenching post before adding a red heart emoji.

The Gosselin family rose to fame on their TLC reality show “Jon & Kate Plus 8” which aired from 2007 to 2009.

Kate and Jon Gosselin, 48, divorced in 2009, with Kate obtaining custody of all eight children. The show was then rebranded as “Kate Plus 8,” which aired from 2015 to 2017.

In 2016, Kate sent Collin, who was 12 at the time, to a boarding school for children with behavioral issues. Jon stepped in to remove him two years later and gained sole physical custody of him.

This incident resulted in a family divide, with Collin and his sister Hannah going to live with their father while the rest of the six siblings stayed with their mom.

The pediatric home healthcare nurse spoke out about her and Collin’s estrangement in 2023 and blamed his “unpredictable and violent behavior.”

“My son Collin, whom I love with all my heart, has received multiple psychiatric diagnoses over the years,” Kate told People at the time. “For the safety of myself, his brothers and sisters and for his own well-being, he was placed in a facility following years of outpatient treatment which proved insufficient for his needs.”

She further alleged that Collin’s “mental illness” has made their relationship “complicated and painful” and outsiders shouldn’t make judgments.

Meanwhile, Collin has accused his mom of horrific abuse while under her care. He detailed her “containment room” that she would keep him in and said that’s where she zip-tied and locked him in basement as a child.

“My mother had a room built in our unfinished section of the storage basement,” alleged to The Sun in 2024. “She had a room put up with cameras in it, a tiny window in the corner and it was bolt-locked from the outside.”

“When my mother would put me in that room multiple times, she had zip-tied my hands and feet together and bolt-locked the door, turned the lights off and had cameras there just watching me,” he claimed.

Collin announced his new power-washing company back in March nearly one year after he revealed he was discharged from the Marines due to his time in a mental health institution.
