Billionaire David Geffen, 83, finally settles nasty divorce with 32-year-old boytoy
David Geffen finally settled his contentious divorce from his much-younger boytoy, David Armstrong.
According to court docs obtained by Page Six, the billionaire, 83, marked “uncontested” on the docs, meaning both parties agree on every key issue — including spousal support and property division — without dispute.
However, the terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
Page Six has reached out to attorneys for both Geffen and Armstrong but did not immediately hear back.
Last May, Geffen — who has a net worth of $9.3 billion — filed for divorce from Armstrong after two years of marriage — with no prenuptial agreement in place.
Two months later, Armstrong claimed in a bombshell lawsuit that his estranged husband allegedly paid him thousands for sex and groomed him.
“It was a sick game. Michaels became a prop in Geffen’s theater of virtue, paraded around as evidence of Geffen’s supposed altruism, while privately used as a sexual commodity,” the lawsuit, obtained by Page Six at the time, claimed.
Armstrong also claimed in the suit that the Asylum Records co-founder would often hire sex workers, both men and women, throughout their “sexually-open marital lifestyle,” and “plied” him with drugs — including cocaine, molly and cannabis.
Geffen’s attorney denied Armstrong’s allegations, saying they would be “vigorously and righteously defending against this false, pathetic lawsuit.”
In October 2025, Armstrong shockingly withdrew the bombshell lawsuit, requesting that it be dismissed without prejudice so he could re-file the complaint in the future.
However, a day later, Armstrong accused Geffen of hiding his finances to avoid paying big bucks in their divorce.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six at that time, the former go-go dancer claimed his ex is “one of the world’s richest, most powerful, and influential men,” but has “repeatedly yet falsely attempted to portray himself as an aging ‘retiree.’”
Armstrong claimed in the court docs that Geffen and his attorneys are “attempting to conceal” multiple streams of cash flow.
Armstrong and Geffen reportedly met in 2020 when the former served as a personal trainer for the latter.
The exes tied the knot in a private ceremony in Beverly Hills, California, in March 2023.
