Blake Lively’s driver claims Justin Baldoni made ‘disturbing’ confession to actress
Blake Lively’s “uncomfortable” driver wanted to “do a background check” on Justin Baldoni the first time they met.
The actress’ employee Kevin Alexander allegedly overheard a “disturbing” conversation between the “It Ends With Us” co-stars during production, according to a deposition obtained by Us Weekly on Monday.
“[Baldoni] was discussing his sexual relations with women,” Alexander claimed, alleging the “Jane the Virgin” alum, 42, said “he was forced on and he forced himself on women.”
Alexander noted, “To me, it was very out of the ordinary to meet somebody and talk like that in a vehicle. That’s why it caught my attention.”
He alleged that he “can’t forget” the back-and-forth because it “took [his] focus off driving” Baldoni, Lively, 38, and one other person.
“Basically he kept talking about his sexual relations,” Alexander remembered. “I’m repeating myself I believe, but he would force himself on women. If they said, ‘No, this, that,’ he would revert back [to that topic].”
While “more stuff” was allegedly discussed during the drive, Alexander only recalled those “key points.”
He said, “When we got to the production office, which was down the road from that area, I pulled over, let everybody out. I stated to Blake, ‘I feel very uncomfortable. Something is not right here. I would like to do a background check on him or something.’”
At the time, Alexander did not know that Baldoni was the producer of the film, which was adapted from Colleen Hoover’s book of the same name.
Reps for Baldoni and Lively did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
“It Ends With Us” came out in August 2025, immediately sparking feud rumors as the onscreen love interests neglected to do promo together.
Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment in a December 2024 complaint, officially suing him the following week.
Baldoni has previously denied all allegations against him.
Their legal battle has been headline fodder for months, from Baldoni’s countersuit — which was dismissed by a judge in June 2025 –to complaints from other cast members.
Most recently, unsealed private texts and emails have pulled other A-listers into the fray, including Ben Affleck, Taylor Swift and more.
The pop star, 36, not only branded Baldoni a “bitch” with “a tiny violin” in a text but discussed her and Lively’s friendship “shift” in intimate messages.
The “violated” and “exposed” Grammy winner is reportedly fuming over being dragged into the drama.
We previously reported that Swift felt “used” by the “Gossip Girl” alum and are not in contact.
Lively and Baldoni’s trial is set to take place on May 18, 2026.
