Thanksgiving is around the corner, and Bobby Flay just confirmed that he’ll be spending the holiday cozied up with his girlfriend, Brooke Williamson.
The celebrity chef, 60, took to Instagram on Tuesday, Nov. 11, to answer questions via his Instagram story during a Q&A about Beat Bobby Flay: Holiday Throwdown.
Fans asked mixed questions about Flay’s favorite holiday dishes to cook and who they could expect to see on this year’s show.
One fan asked Flay what his “favorite holiday tradition” was, which he cheekily responded to by sharing his plans for this year’s holiday.
“Thanksgiving is my favorite day of the year,” he wrote. “This year, I get to share it with @chefbrookew. I don’t have to do ALL of the cooking.”
The pair, who confirmed their romance to PEOPLE in March, set the internet ablaze with engagement rumors last month when Williamson, 47, was spotted wearing a massive diamond ring from Flay, which he posted to his Instagram story.
However, a source close to the couple exclusively revealed to PEOPLE that while the ring was, in fact, a gift from Flay, the couple was not engaged.
Williamson spoke with PEOPLE just days later at the Grand Tasting: After Dark presented by Montchevre Goat Cheese at the New York City Wine and Food Festival, where she said that there was not “a huge story behind” the ring.
“[Bobby is] a very generous, wonderful, romantic man and it was a really thoughtful gift, and that’s what it is,” she said at the time.

Flay has often gushed over Williamson and their blossoming romance, calling out their similarities and life experiences as a solid foundation for their strong connection.
“We are both in the restaurant business,” Flay told PEOPLE in June. “We have tons to talk about in terms of the things that we love to do besides just go and have dinner every once in a while. So it’s been really great.”
Continuing, Flay added, “And one of the things I really like about being in a relationship with Brooke is that she’s great to bounce things off of. Like we ask each other’s opinion about things that we’re doing food food-wise or restaurant-wise wise or business-wise, all the time. So it’s really nice to have kind of a best friend that you’re dating that can also be helpful answering the questions that you have.”
