Brandi Glanville shows off model-esque figure in bikini after battling facial parasite

Brandi Glanville posed in a hot-pink thong bikini in new photos after being hospitalized for a facial parasite.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, 52, flaunted her toned backside and rock-hard abs in an Instagram post Thursday as she coupled the flashy swimwear with a pair of Ugg boots and pink heart-shaped sunglasses.

Glanville appeared to be in high spirits as she lounged in a cabana by a marina while sipping a mini bottle of rosé that perfectly matched her pink ensemble.

“Having the best time, early weekend staycation with ma bestie @james_maas today drinking my favorite new rose @usualwines,” she captioned the slideshow of images.

Several of the former Bravolebrity’s supporters flooded the comments section to praise her return to normal life after struggling with health issues.

“Oh we are SO BACK,” one person wrote.

“Stella got her groove back!” another exclaimed.

“Good to see you back out enjoying life!” a third fan commented.

“You’re out and about! So happy for you!” another wrote.

“You’re amazing!!! We need you back on our screens!” one more added.

Last month, Glanville shared a shocking image of her face looking disfigured and puffy, raising concerns for her well-being.

She later explained that she had been in and out of the hospital for a year and a half and “spent almost every dollar” she had — upwards of $70,000 — trying to figure out the cause.

“Some Dr.’s [sic] say I have a parasite that jumps around my face. Some say it’s stress induced edema. I personally say it’s Bravo,” she claimed on X at the time, referencing her ongoing legal drama with the network over allegations of sexual harassment against Andy Cohen.

The reality star first experienced problems in October 2023 when she was rushed to a hospital after her face puffed up, causing her eyes to swell shut. Page Six confirmed at the time that she had suffered from stress-induced angioedema, which the Cleveland Clinic describes as a form of facial swelling.

Glanville later revealed that she had not had sex since that initial hospitalization because she was hiding herself from the public.

“I haven’t kissed [or] made out with anyone. I haven’t socialized, really,” she said on her “Brandi Glanville Unfiltered” podcast in December 2024.

The “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” alum also met with Dr. Terry Dubrow, who told her that her face may not return to normal for five years.

But judging by her latest model-esque Instagram photos, it seems she’s well on her way to recovery.
