Brianna Chickenfry speculates she’s ‘fully a lesbian’ after nasty Zach Bryan breakup: I’ve ‘dabbled for sure’
Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia swore off guys following her and Zach Bryan’s nasty breakup — but what about women?
The “BFFs” podcaster told listeners Wednesday that she is a “single girlie” who realized she does not “want to have a boyfriend, like, ever again.”
When co-host Josh Richards asked whether she would go down the “girlfriend lane” instead, LaPaglia, 25, replied, “Maybe.”
She noted, “Everyone’s saying I’m a lesbian, which is fine. … I’ve dabbled for sure. I’m thinking maybe girls is my play.
“I think that they’re better, so maybe I really am fully a lesbian, so maybe that’s why none of my relationships with men have worked out,” the Barstool Sports personality continued. “But I don’t know. Time will tell.”
Elsewhere in the episode, LaPaglia joked that she was “gonna have a girlfriend too soon” like Richards’ partner, Gabi Moura.
“I love love,” she gushed.
When guest Griffin Johnson asked whether she would go from “enemies to lovers” with Kennedy Eurich after squashing their feud, LaPaglia quipped that the influencer, 24, doesn’t “swing that way.”
Her comments come nearly two years after she told “One Night With Steiny” podcast listeners that she is bisexual.
LaPaglia noted at the time that her then-boyfriend was “jealous” of her attraction to women.
“Sometimes I just, like, want to hook up with a girl … and he’ll get mad,” she said at the time. “He’ll get more mad if I hook up with a girl than a guy.”
While LaPaglia was dating someone named Joey at the time, she moved on with Bryan, 28, that July — and the country singer allegedly “blindsided” her by publicizing their breakup in October 2024.
LaPaglia subsequently claimed in a bombshell podcast episode that the Grammy winner had emotionally abused her throughout their year-long romance — and allegedly offered her $12 million to sign an NDA.
“I did not accept any money,” she said. “I will not accept any money. I think it’s beneath me. I think that it’s f–ked up.”
While Bryan has yet to directly address LaPaglia’s claims, he made headlines for posting a cryptic Instagram Story quote about people wanting “an explanation for [his] acts and [his] very being.”
