Brielle Biermann still moving forward with fall wedding despite brother KJ’s arrest

Brielle Biermann is pushing forward with her fall wedding to Billy Seidl amid brother KJ Biermann’s shocking arrest and incarceration.

A source exclusively tells Page Six, “The wedding is taking place this year in November.”

“Despite everything going on with the family,” they continued, “it is still happening.”

Multiple sources confirmed to us the nuptials are happening this year, although Brielle has kept virtually silent on the exact date and details of the celebration.

Brielle, 29, became engaged to baseball star Seidl in February 2024 — long before KJ, 15, found himself behind bars at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center after his Aug. 17 arrest for felony aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.

KJ — who is the son of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak, 48, and former professional football player Kroy Biermann, 40 — is set to appear at a bond hearing scheduled for Friday.

Following his indictment on seven felony counts on Sept. 3, a previous court appearance was cancelled.

A grand jury in Georgia indicted KJ for aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16 and false imprisonmnet.

KJ has been accused of an alleged incident involving a female classmate at a fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia, back on April 23.

Per court docs previously obtained by Page Six, the alleged victim claimed that KJ attempted “multiple times to have sexual intercourse” with the girl “by trying to pull down her pants,” despite her telling him “no” repeatedly.

KJ has maintained his innocence, and has begged to be released from jail, citing good character, strong academics, football achievements and scholarship offers.

Zolciak has stood behind her son since his arrest, with her representative telling Page Six in a statement, “The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling. He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged.”

The reality star claimed KJ passed a voluntary polygraph test regarding the allegations and that “no DNA belonging to [her] son was found,” warning that “false accusations” can have “devastating consequences” for the accused as well as “for genuine survivors of sexual assault and abuse.”

Zolciak said she “remain[s] confident that the facts and evidence will establish the truth.”

Thus far, Kroy has not commented on his son’s arrest or alleged crimes — though both he and Zolciak have been spotted on several occasions looking “stressed” and “somber.”

While prosecutors are attempting to prosecute KJ as an adult, his teen’s attorney, Jason Sheffield, has vigorously defended his client as innocent and filed a motion to transfer KJ to juvenile court and for “confidentiality proceedings” in his case.

In a Sept. 8 filing obtained exclusively by Page Six, Sheffield argued that KJ was too immature to face the adult charges — and the “mandatory minimum sentence of 25 years in prison, up to life” he could face if convicted.

“At fifteen, KJ’s story is not finished,” Sheffield wrote, adding that KJ “is an adolescent whose development is ongoing” and “whose future cannot reliably be predicted merely from the labels attached to the allegations against him.”

Sheffield also previously told Page Six he expects KJ to “enter a not guilty plea to all charges” at his arraignment hearing on Oct. 14.
