Brooke Hogan gives update on relationships with mom Linda, brother Nick
Brooke Hogan is estranged from her mom, Linda Hogan, and her brother, Nick Hogan, nine months after the tragic death of her dad, Hulk Hogan.
In a new interview with US Weekly, Brooke — who was estranged from Hulk before he died in July 2025 — said she hasn’t forgiven her mom for calling her out on Instagram last month and blaming her for their familial drama.
“I’m always like, ‘I didn’t ask for this. Please stop bringing me into it.’ And then somehow I always get brought into it,” she explained.
“When it started to be things that weren’t true, I was like, ‘That’s not true,’” she continued. “No child wants to not have their parents. It has to be serious enough to make that decision.”
In March, Linda, 66, slammed Brooke, 37, for cutting off her parents and allegedly hiding two major milestones from the family — her 2022 marriage to ex-NHL star Steven Oleksy and the two welcoming twins, a son and a daughter, in January 2025.
Brooke responded to her mom via Instagram at the time, claiming she was “extremely verbally and mentally abused since childhood.”
Speaking to US Weekly, Brooke claimed Linda recently sent a “cruel and brutal” text to Oleksy, 40, that ruined their chances of reconciling.
“I don’t know why a family of mine would hate me when they know my heart,” Brooke told the outlet. “It’s crazy.”
The former “Brooke Knows Best” star also noted that her parents’ 2009 divorce “caused a lot of triangulation” with the famous family.
“You’re dealing with two people who were probably soulmates, but with a lot of love comes a lot of hate,” she said.
Brooke alleged that she’s not speaking with brother Nick, 35, either, because of the family drama.
“The siblings suffer the most because you’re always forced to take a side,” she explained. “Nick and I, even though we had the same parents, we had two very different upbringings and two very different experiences.”
However, Brooke noted that while the siblings are currently estranged, Nick “is a very kind person” and she loves “so many things” about him.
“That’s my little brother and that will never change. He’s got a big sister ‘til the end,” she concluded.
Brooke and Hulk were estranged for roughly two years before the legendary wrestler died of a heart attack at age 71 last summer.
She was left out of Hulk’s $5 million will, which listed Nick as the sole beneficiary of Hulk’s estate and Hulk’s widow, Sky Daily, as the surviving spouse.
In September 2025, Brooke told TMZ that she wasn’t surprised by her dad’s decision regarding his will.
“It’s what I asked for, I stand by it with no regrets,” she said.
