Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande brought their magic to a messy moment.

The Wicked stars rushed to a fan’s aid when a glass of champagne spilled all over the fan during a group photo at the European premiere of the film. The moment was captured in a viral video on the TikTok account of the fan, who goes by Tricia The Angel.

The influencer shared how her “most embarrassing moment” turned out to be “one of the kindest” in a post on Thursday, Oct. 30.

In her video, which has more than half a million views in less than 12 hours, Tricia explained that she was chosen to meet Grande, 32, and Erivo, 38, at last year’s European premiere of Wicked

“I was supremely excited. I got to meet two of my favorite icons,” she said in the video, with a backdrop of her standing between the costars for a photo op.

Tricia said things were going great “until it came time to take a group picture.”

Everyone was smiling when all of a sudden, someone standing behind Tricia held up a glass of champagne and it fell on top of Tricia’s head. The glass then broke on the ground.

“As we say ‘cheese,’ this glass spills on my head!” Tricia said.

In a video of the incident, Tricia lets out a loud scream and winces as the champagne drips from her hair, into her eyes and onto her face. Everyone — including Grande and Erivo — jumps and looks around as overlapping voices ask what’s going on.

Then Erivo and Grande leap into action. “Tissue! We need a tissue right now,” Erivo says as she moves from the group to find something to clean Tricia with.

Meanwhile, Grande walks the fan away from the group as staff members gather around the two to assist. “Are you okay?” the “Positions” singer asks Tricia.

While sharing her experience, the TikToker recalled feeling “something warm” go into her eyes.

“I also have mascara and makeup on, and so all of a sudden, the alcohol mixed with the mascara is burning my eyes,” Tricia said.

After referring to herself as a “scaredy cat” and a “cry baby,” she said, “I don’t know what’s going on. I start to panic a little bit because I can’t see.”

What happened next was “the sweetest thing.”

“As my eyes are closed and burning I feel somebody hold me, and they’re like, ‘This is Cynthia Erivo, we’re gonna find you a chair now, okay? You’re going to be okay,’” Tricia said.

In her video, the influencer expressed her excitement over the star caring for her, but said that she began crying because her eyes were still burning from the champagne, and she was also “embarrassed.”

“Also, I’m African, so I wasn’t sure what fell on my head. I didn’t know that it was champagne at the time. It could have been acid as far as I was concerned, okay?” she continued.

Tricia added of her thoughts at the time of the spill, “I don’t know if my eyes are gonna be okay, and I’m also a little bit embarrassed because I seem to be the only person affected by this thing.”

She said that although her eyes were still closed as people wiped the liquid off of her, she “obviously” recognized Grande and Erivo’s voices and knew the actresses were with her the entire time.

“Both of them were so sweet and so kind and took the time to comfort me until I started to feel better,” the influencer said.

Tricia said Grande even told her they could cancel the European premiere since Tricia had concerns about her dress being ruined.

When Tricia laughed and asked Grande if they would really do that, she claimed the star joked, “Yeah, I know a guy.”

“Ariana Grande wiped me clean,” Tricia said in the 4-minute clip, later adding, “They were there for me in one of the most embarrassing moments of my life.”

Tricia thanked them both, and told her followers, “If you had no intention of watching Wicked: Part 2, I hope this video gave you a reason because these lovely ladies are as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside.”

Wicked: For Good is in theaters on Nov. 21.
