David Hasselhoff, 73, seen on rare outing with wife Hayley Roberts

David Hasselhoff was spotted out hiking in a rare sighting of him and his wife, Hayley Roberts.

The “Baywatch” icon, 73, and the model, 45, went hiking in Calabasas, California, on Monday. Hasselhoff dressed comfortably to enjoy the outdoors, wearing a white t-shirt, loose black athletic pants and a baseball cap to shield himself from the sun.

He also sported black glasses and used two hiking poles to navigate the terrain.

Roberts matched him in a plain white t-shirt, a teal baseball cap and black leggings.

It’s a rare sighting for Hasselhoff, who revealed he had to undergo knee surgery in May 2025 when he was spotted being pushed into a wheelchair while at Los Angeles International Airport.

The actor limped through the airport alongside Roberts, before he told a paparazzo that he was in a lot of pain. Still, he appeared to be in good spirits despite his health setback.

His rep later confirmed to Us Weekly that he had to undergo knee replacement surgery.

Hasselhoff last shared a picture of himself on Instagram in November 2025, when he was promoting the video game SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide.

He put his right hand on a “Baywatch” arcade game while holding up three video games in his left hand in the pic, sporting a big smile.

Last month, Roberts shared a video of her husband enjoying multiple beverages and croissants outdoors while showing off their gorgeous view at what appeared to be a luxe resort.

Meanwhile, “Baywatch” is getting a new reboot with a star-studded cast including Brooks Nader, Livvy Dunne and Shay Mitchell.

The ladies have all been spotted on set rocking the iconic bright red, one-piece swimsuit.

A source told Page Six last month that the cast is working with seasoned lifeguards to master the correct techniques, including perfecting that slow-motion run on the sand.

The insider also shared of Nader, 29, and Dunne, 23, “They’re really excited to be working together. They’re having so much fun and bringing that Sports Illustrated energy straight to Baywatch Beach.”

Hasselhoff starred in the original “Baywatch” series, which ran from 1989-2000, as the lead character Mitch Buchannon.
