Dorinda Medley challenges ‘RHONY’ reboot stars to film at Bluestone Manor with OG cast: ‘See how they fare’
Dorinda Medley wants to “make it nice” for the stars of Bravo’s “Real Housewives of New York City” reboot at Bluestone Manor.
Speaking with Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast, the “RHONY” veteran, 59 — who held an apple on the original iteration of the series for six consecutive seasons before it was retooled with an entirely new cast in 2023 — challenged the group of ladies to film at her iconic Berkshires estate with series OGs.
“We should send those new girls up there for a night and see how they fare,” she said while promoting her partnership with Clorox, adding that she’d only invite a few legacy stars so as not to intimidate the current “RHONY” crew.
“A couple of us,” said Medley, who starred on Peacock’s “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy” with Luann de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Kelly Bensimon, Ramona Singer and Kristen Taekman.
The Bluestone Manor Bourbon founder — who has hosted some of the most memorable, chaotic and dramatic cast trips at the historic home — added with a laugh, “We wouldn’t want to overwhelm anybody.”
Medley’s idea comes months after “New York City” newbie Erin Lichy called the “RHONY Legacy” spinoff “cute” — a term that didn’t sit well with several of the series’ past masters — during a February appearance on Extra’s “Housewives Nightcap” podcast.
“You can always call me cute,” Medley said at the time in a pointed response via her Instagram Stories, giving a wink to the camera. “Just don’t call me dull.”
In a subsequent comment beneath an Instagram post from Taekman, 46, who also expressed her displeasure at Lichy’s assessment, Medley stated that she was disheartened by the remark.
“Very dismissive surprising and disappointing,” she wrote.
Lichy, 36, eventually clarified that she “meant no disrespect” when making the “cute” comment.

“I love legacy and the ogs. The show was on the lighthearted side, which is why I called it that,” she wrote in part via Instagram. “I used the word cute all the time.”
As Lichy and her castmates — including Brynn Whitfield, Jessel Taank, Jenna Lyons, Ubah Hassan and Sai de Silva — prepare to begin production for Season 15 of “RHONY,” Medley has more show pitches for Bravo to ponder.
“There’s two ‘Ultimate Girls Trips’ I would love to do. I think we should do one on a ‘Below Deck’ boat. ‘Legacy’ on the water I think would be so hysterical with the ‘Below Deck’ cast,” she said without directly addressing former co-star Jill Zarin’s recent headline-making stint on the ocean-set series.
“And I think we should bring the ‘Legacy’ back up to Bluestone Manor because — can I tell you the truth? I don’t think they ever did enough up there.”
Until then, Medley is keeping her luxe digs in Massachusetts clean with Clorox.
“Bluestone Manor is its happiest when it has a ton of people. And listen, I think this partnership is so good because I am all about hosting. I am all about cleaning, I am all about making it nice,” said the “Make It Nice” author, who also has an apartment in Manhattan.
“But it takes a lot of work and a village to do it. So when this partnership came it, it seemed like such an easy fit.”
