‘Erratic’ Milania Giudice threw candles and food during domestic dispute that led to arrest
Milania Giudice acted erratically ahead of her arrest for domestic violence, according to a police report obtained by Page Six.
According to the police report, Milania threw food and candles, and her sister Gabriella called the police.
No weapons or injuries were reported.
The 20-year-old college student was charged with one count of simple assault on May 14. Court records show that officers detained Milania after the incident occurred around 6:12 p.m. local time.
Milania was scheduled to appear in court on May 19, but no plea was entered.
On Monday, she broke her silence on the arrest in a TikTok video.
“It is what it is, s–t happens in life and you gotta learn from it,” she said. “Just become a better person and talk about it.”
She admitted she “was not in a good area in my life” when the arrest occurred last month.
“That happens, I’ve been through a lot in life and some other stuff happened to me,” Milania said. “Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t.”
The reality star also said she “ate down” in her mugshot, which has not been revealed.
“I looked fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of,” she said.
She’s been active on social media after the arrest. On May 18, she wished her mom, “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice, a happy birthday.
“happy birthday to my favorite person in the world!!!!” she wrote on Instagram alongside pics of her and the Bravo star. “YOU ARE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL I LOVE YOU SO MUCH MOMMY🩷🩷.”
Teresa, 54, shares four daughters — Milania, Gia, 25, Gabriella, 22, and Audriana, 16 — with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice.
The exes were married from 1999 to 2020 before Teresa tied the knot with her second husband, Luis Ruelas, in 2022.
