Famed ‘Fake Heiress’ Anna Delvey shopping memoir

It’s the most significant literary work about a Russian woman called Anna since… actually, ever!

Several people, including Shonda Rhimes, have told “the Anna Delvey story.” Now Page Six has learned that Delvey is finally telling it herself.

Publishing insiders tell us that the so-called “Fake Heiress” — who was jailed for grand larceny in 2019 after posing as a German trust-funder to pay for her luxury lifestyle and has reinvented herself as a media macher since her release — is shopping her memoir.

We’re told its doing the rounds of major publishers as we speak, repped by Peter McGuigan of Ultra Literary. (McGuigan reportedly sold Nickelodeon star Jeanette McCurdy’s bestselling 2022 memoir “I’m Glad My Mom Died” for seven figures).

“Hustlers” writer Jessica Pressler had the first crack at the tale with her New York Magazine article, “How Anna Delvey Tricked New York’s Party People,” in 2018.

Delvey’s former pal Rachel DeLoache Williams gave her version of events with 2019 memoir, “My Friend Anna: The True Story of a Fake Heiress,” which became a New York Times bestseller.

Then Rhimes released Netflix’s dramatized adaptation “Inventing Anna” in 2022, based on Pressler’s article.

Meanwhile, there’s been such a hunger for the Delvey saga that a fashion stylist recently told Page Six he felt Vanity Fair had gone out of its way to frame him as a “scammer” because the mag was looking for “the next Anna Delvey.”

Apparently there’s more to come from the original one!

It’s unclear what exactly she’ll cover in the book, but we’re told Delvey, née Sorokin, is penning it herself without a ghostwriter.

She’s also appeared on “Dancing With The Stars” and hosted several buzzy parties and a fashion show at the East Village apartment where she was on ICE house arrest.

She’s recently made fun of the house arrest by advertising Goop Kitchen’s home delivery service.
