Break up to make up seems par of the course for socialite Georgina Bloomberg and her fiancé Justin Waterman, we hear.

After Page Six exclusively reported on their split, a source close to the couple revealed it’s not the first time they’ve called it quits. “It’s just the first time it’s been in the press,” they said.

“This has happened a few times. It happened a little bit over the winter. There’s never a real reason,” the insider added.

The social source was so nonchalant about the news of the split, they mused, “it could all change in two weeks.”

Apparently, Bloomberg, 42, the equestrian daughter of New York billionaire and former Mayor Michael Bloomberg feels the same about the relationship as her pals. “She has three kids to raise. This is just like, ‘Whatever.’ I’m not even sure she’s telling people they’ve broken up,” the source said.

Rumors of a split have been buzzing around Hamptons and Westchester circles, particularly after the socialite showed up to events without her beau on her arm.

Insiders told Page Six their breakup was a big topic of conversation among members of their Westchester horse club. “The entire club knows,” one person told us.

Our first source described their relationship as “rocky for a bit,” but recalled them together in early August.

Bloomberg announced the birth of their daughter at the start of the summer.

“Scarlett arrived into our world on June 13th, and immediately stole the show, and our hearts,” she captioned a photo she posted of their newborn.

The pair also share son, Sebastian, who was born in 2023.

Bloomberg also has a son, Jasper, who was born in 2013 to the society scion and her Argentine Olympic show jumping ex, Ramiro Quintana.
