Joe Alwyn spotted for the first time since ex Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s engagement

Joe Alwyn is looking blue in his first sighting since ex Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s engagement announcement.

“The Brutalist” star was photographed wearing an all-blue ensemble featuring a striped blue sweater, jeans and a blue hat while stepping out in London Wednesday.

Photos obtained by Page Six show Alwyn kept a serious look on his face as he walked alongside a friend.

The sighting comes just one day after Swift and Kelce revealed their engagement news with photos of the NFL star’s fairytale garden proposal.

“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨,” the lovebirds captioned their joint Instagram post.

While the pair, both 35, only shared the big reveal this week, sources told Page Six that Kelce popped the question to his girlfriend of two years a couple weeks prior to making the post.

Alwyn, 34, was in a relationship with the “So High School” hitmaker from 2016 until they called it quits in April 2023.

The split came shortly after Swift embarked on her record-breaking Eras Tour.

At the time, an insider told Page Six their breakup “wasn’t dramatic” and their relationship had “[run] its course.”

“I would hope that anyone and everyone can empathise and understand the difficulties that come with the end of a long, loving, fully committed relationship of over six and a half years,” the “Harriet” star told the Times.

“What is unusual and abnormal in this situation is that, one week later … it’s suddenly in the public domain and the outside world is able to weigh in,” he continued.

In January, the actor gave a rare update on his love life by saying he was moved on from his romance with Swift in his interview with the Guardian.

“We’re talking about something that’s a while ago now in my life,” he said when asked if he wanted to avoid addressing the chatter surrounding his and Swift’s six-year romance. “So that’s for other people [to discuss]. That’s what I feel.”

By that point, Swift and Kelce had already been dating for over a year.
