Heath Ledger’s look-alike daughter Matilda, 19, spotted on New York City outing

Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams’ daughter Matilda looked identical to her late father in her first public sighting in nearly seven months.

The 19-year-old looked just like the “Dark Knight” actor, who died in 2008 of an overdose at age 28, as she was photographed biking through New York City last Thursday.

She wore a pair of eye-popping red flats and an A-line denim midi skirt under a blue and white striped sweater, photos obtained by Page Six revealed.

She was later spotted shopping sporting a black tank top after having swapped out her striped sweater for a light gray jacket. She also carried a green tote bag and was rolling a large suitcase.

Matilda was last photographed in January while stepping out for coffee with a friend May Lehrer-Seller in Brooklyn, New York.

She wore the same pair of red flats, but customized them with a pair of black tights for the chilly weather, on the outing. For the rest of her look, she wore a green puffer jacket and a pair of baggy jeans.

Williams welcomed her daughter Matilda with Ledger in October 2005 — just one year after they met on the set of “Brokeback Mountain” and started dating.

The “Dawson’s Creek” alum — who ended her relationship with Ledger in 2007 — recalled their brief romance on Dax Shephard’s “Armchair Expert” podcast in March.

“I suppose maybe a good thing about being young is that you don’t have so much life experience that you can contextualize things,” Williams said.

She also gave some advice while making a rare comment about raising her “special” now-teenage daughter.

“When I make mistakes in front of my daughter and own up to them and apologize, it teaches her to apologize and say, ‘Oops, Mommy, I’m sorry,’ and it’s not a big deal,” Williams shared.

“It’s a part of life, and we move on,” the Emmy winner, 44, continued. “No shame, no blame. You made a mistake? Beautiful. I made five already today.”

Williams is also mom to three other children, whom she welcomed with husband Thomas Kail: son Hart, 5; She welcomed her third child in 2022, and her fourth via surrogate earlier this year. The names of Williams’ youngest children has not yet been publicly revealed.

Williams tied the knot with Kail in 2020.
