Ivy Getty partied with Emily Ratajkowski, Nicky Hilton in NYC days before Tobias Engel divorce news

Ivy Getty was living her best life at a lavish party with celebrity pals just days before Page Six broke the news that she is divorcing her husband of three years, Tobias Engel.
The billionaire heiress, 29, attended Save Venice’s annual Un Ballo in Maschera party, sponsored by Oscar de la Renta and The Gritti Palace, at the Plaza Hotel in NYC last Friday.
She was photographed wearing a stunning low-cut, nude and crystal Oscar de la Renta gown, while posing alongside friends Emily Ratajkowski and Nicky Hilton.
Other guests at the black-tie affair — which raised more than $1.2 million for the preservation of historic art and architecture — included Netflix star Dorothy Wang, former political staffer Huma Abedin, and “Real Housewives of New York City” star and fashion maven Jenna Lyons.
Getty appeared to have a grand time, per a video she posted on Instagram from the party, in which she happily smiled and danced around to MGMT’s “Electric Feel.”
However, it’s possible that the socialite has already come to terms with the dissolution of her marriage, as it’s been about four months since she actually filed the paperwork.
Page Six previously reviewed a court docket that showed Getty’s attorney submitted the filing in January.
The divorce is listed as “contested,” meaning the parties did not settle with a mediator beforehand.
A source told us exclusively that Getty’s wealth will be protected as the exes have a prenup in place.
“Obviously, being a member of the Getty family, Ivy is careful about legal entanglements,” the insider said.
Getty is the great-granddaughter of oil tycoon J. Paul Getty, and Forbes estimated her family’s net worth to be $5.4 billion in 2015.
She is seen on social media often traveling the world and attending fabulous parties, but according to her Instagram bio, she is also signed to Ford Models, which likely brings in additional revenue.
Engel is no longer prevalent on Ivy’s Instagram grid — aside from a few pics from their opulent November 2021 wedding in San Francisco, which took place shortly after a more private ceremony in 2020.
Notable guests invited to the nuptials at the time, included California Gov. Gavin Newsom, San Francisco Mayor London Breed, Vanessa Getty, Princess Olympia of Greece, designer Wes Gordon, Mimi Wade, Vogue journalist Hamish Bowles, Fletcher Cowan, and filmmaker Christian Coppola.
