Janel Parrish shares birthday message to boyfriend Sasha Farber

Nearly two weeks after debuting her romance with Sasha Farber, Janel Parrish shared a 42nd birthday tribute to the pro dancer.

“Happy Birthday to my love @sashafarber1 👑,” the “Pretty Little Liars” alum captioned a carousel of photos on Saturday.

“You bring joy and light to everyone who meets you. The world is a better place because you exist.”

Parrish concluded the message by encouraging “everyone” to “go give him some birthday love because he’s the absolute best 🥹😍👑.”

Parrish, 37, was seen packing on the PDA with the “Dancing With the Stars” pro in several snapshots, and in a video clip gushing “Looking at my coffee date. Lucky me!” as Farber, 42, kissed her hand.

Farber took to the comments thread, writing, “Baby I’m the luckiest 🥹❤️❤️❤️🌹.”

“DWTS” alum Sharna Burgess wrote, “Love this ❤️ HBD Sash x,” while Peta Murgatroyd remarked, “Love you guys 😍😍😍😍😍.”

Many followers were thrilled with the PDA-packed upload, with one person writing, “It makes me smile seeing him happy, with a partner he deserves🥹,” and another chiming in, “Janel you were exactly who Sasha needed in his life!”

The birthday tribute comes a couple of weeks after the pair went Instagram official. One day later, Parrish filed for divorce from husband Chris Long.

On April 27, Farber took to Instagram to share a pic of Parrish kissing him on the cheek — as well as photos of the pair having a barbecue at home and enjoying dinner dates.

“April has been amazing ❤️🌹” he captioned the upload.

The following day, Parrish and Long filed a joint divorce petition, asking the courts to dissolve their marriage, which began back in 2018.

Farber, meanwhile, was married to “DWTS” pro Emma Slater from 2018 to 2024, and dated his “DWTS” Season 33 partner Jenn Tran for about a year before they parted ways in 2025.

Farber and Parrish first encountered one another in 2014, when the actress was partnered with Val Chmerkovskiy on “DWTS.”

They became the target of romance rumors earlier in April, when the duo partnered up for a salsa dancing video — in which a shirtless Farber romantically dipped the Broadway star.

Parrish captioned the upload, “Me: “hey teach me salsa real quick?” Him: “okay.’”
