Jessica Alba Slips Into a Bikini While Celebrating Her Birthday With BF Danny Ramirez on a Yacht

Jessica Alba soaked up the sun in a bikini with her boyfriend, Danny Ramirez.

Alba, 45, took to Instagram on Sunday, May 3, to show off her bikini body while celebrating her birthday on a yacht with Ramirez, 33, and more friends. Alba wrapped her arm around her man while rocking a black bikini top featuring halter straps and black cups. She wrapped a striped towel around her waist and accessorized with black rectangular shades.

The actress gave the camera a soft smile while going makeup-free. Her hair, which was still damp from swimming, was pushed to one side of her head.

Ramirez lovingly looked into Alba’s eyes in the pic while rocking a backwards hat and a dark, patterned swimsuit.

Elsewhere in the post, Alba showed off a cheeky set while tanning on a floatie. She also shared pics of her and her friends dancing on the boat’s deck, sliding down an inflatable and into the sea and jetskiing.

“Joymaxxing,” Alba captioned the post, as friends and fans complimented her in the comments section.

“❤️‍🔥,” Ramirez wrote, while Alba’s friend Jennifer Shaffer added, “Loved celebrating you ❤️🫶🏻💃💫.” Actress Lizzy Mathis also commented, “To the maxx!!! ✨🫶🏽💕.”

Months after filing for divorce from Cash Warren, Alba was spotted packing on the PDA with Ramirez in Los Angeles. The duo then made their red carpet debut at the Mill Valley Film Festival in October 2025.

The following month, Alba hard-launched Ramirez on Instagram after the Baby2Baby Gala.

They later kicked off the new year with a romantic trip to Cabo San Lucas in January. An eyewitness told Us Weekly at the time that the pair were “super touchy feely with each other” at the airport. “They were all about each other and definitely in love,” the spectator added.

Alba and Warren, 47, met on the set of Fantastic Four in 2004 and announced their engagement in 2007. They tied the knot one year later before welcoming daughter Honor, now 17.

The now-exes expanded their family twice more, with daughter Haven, now 14, and son Hayes, 8.

After celebrating 15 years of marriage, Alba and Warren announced their separation in January 2025. Earlier this year, their divorce was finalized.

Warren, for his part, was seen holding hands with model Hana Sun Doerr during a double date in Beverly Hills in August 2025.
