Johnny Wactor’s mother asked the court to order Apple to unlock the late General Hospital star’s devices for potential intel and to see photos and videos he left behind, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

On June 20, Scarlett Wactor asked the court to issue an order instructing the tech company to allow her access to Johnny’s Apple laptop, his Apple desktop and his Apple iPhone.

She explained the devices are locked and she needs to review the contents in her role as administrator of his estate.

She said she needs to “determine if her late son’s computer and phone contain any financial information or financial assets” to be included in her final distribution report.

Scarlett said she spoke to Apple but they would not help her without a court order. She said Apple told her the order needs to state, “Apple is ordered by the court to assist in the recovery of [Johnny’s] personal data from their accounts, which may contain third-party, personally identifiable information or data.”

She asked the judge to step in and help her unlock her son’s laptop and phone.

When Us reached out for comment about her requests for access to his phone and laptop, Scarlett said that she has had issues shutting down various accounts for her son and believes the access will help her.

“I need to get into it. I need to access [them],” she explained.

A security guard tried to save Johnny by performing CPR but his efforts were unsuccessful. Johnny was pronounced dead after being transported to a nearby hospital.
