JoJo Siwa reveals unique way she plans to have ‘triplets’ using 3 different surrogates

JoJo Siwa is sharing more details about how she plans to become a mother to triplets through surrogacy.

“Because I’m gay as s–t and I have to plan a pregnancy much different than a straight person, I actually want to take three eggs, fertilize three eggs, and have three surrogates,” she explained during a video for Cosmopolitan’s “If It Were Me” series released this week.

“So technically, they’ll all be the same batch, but they would all be born separately,” she continued.

“I’m gonna have my surrogates, my babies, then maybe their birthdays will land on different days, and they can be like triplets, but like, not.”

The “Dance Moms” alum, 21, has been quite vocal recently about her desire to be a mom and even told E! News in March that she already has a sperm donor picked out.

“I got my three kids’ names picked out — Freddie, Eddie and Teddie,” she raved. “Got a sperm donor lined up and all! We’re ready! Just gotta be patient.”

She clarified that she thinks she will become a mom in “a couple of years.”

Siwa is not thought to be dating anyone with whom she’d like to start a family, though she played coy during a March chat with People about her relationship status.

“Actually, I’m sure you wouldn’t like to know, but I’m sure you would like to know,” she playfully replied when asked about her dating life.

She also described her love life — and herself — as “messy.”

Siwa has been linked publicly to two women since she came out as gay in 2021: Avery Cyrus and Kylie Prew.

In December 2022, she accused Cyrus of using her for “views” and “clout.”

While Siwa awaits motherhood, she is continuing her “bad girl” transformation, which began with the release of her song “Karma” and its accompanying music video.

Though Siwa got heavily criticized for comparing herself to Miley Cyrus — who notoriously went from a Disney Channel sweetheart to a twerking, foul-mouthed adult in 2013 — she doubled down on her vision at the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards red carpet in April.

“People are afraid of things they don’t know,” she told E! News. “Things can be scary for people. New things can be very, very scary.”

She also hit back at haters during a Pride performance in June. “Tell the hates to lick my nuts!” she yelled into the mic.
