More than a year after accusing him of sexual harassment, Kanye West’s former personal assistant has filed an amended complaint against the rapper also alleging assault, sexual battery and more.

Lauren Pisciotta, who worked for West from 2021 until she was fired in 2022, first sued the rapper in June 2024, claiming she’d been subject to explicit texts and pornographic videos, photos and calls from the star. On Tuesday, July 8, she filed a second amended complaint that accused West, 48, of sexual assault and “oral rape”.

In the complaint, which was obtained by PEOPLE, Pisciotta claims that the “Runaway” rapper, who has legally changed his name to Ye, once “attempted to vaginally penetrate Ms. Pisciotta with his fingers” and also “orally raped her without her consent” while under his employment.

An attorney for West did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

The complaint outlines multiple instances of West allegedly trying to kiss her without her consent, and succeeding once on a work trip to San Francisco in 2021. During another trip, Pisciotta alleges that West peppered her with intimate questions about her vagina, then “stroked his penis over his pants with one hand and forcibly touched her vagina with the other hand.”

In another instance, the complaint claims West exposed his penis to Pisciotta, then pushed her on the bed and pinned her down.

“He then thrust his penis repeatedly into Ms. Pisciotta’s face against her will,” the complaint says. “As Ms. Pisciotta frantically pled for Ye to stop, Ye forced his penis into her mouth. Ms. Pisciotta froze in shock and fear but continued to plead with Ye and beg him to stop. After some time, Ye ended the rape, apologized, and exited Ms. Pisciotta’s hotel room.”

The complaint includes other allegations of misconduct, including that West once locked Pisciotta in a bedroom and “forced her to watch him masturbate against her will,” and “forcibly grabbed” her by the throat at a concert.

The complaint also accuses West of hiring a third party to allegedly harass Pisciotta by “falsely reporting nonexistent emergencies and incidents,” which “resulted in a barrage of alarming and intrusive visits” to her home from police, various government investigative authorities and delivery and service providers.

When Pisciotta filed her initial lawsuit last year, a legal representative for West denied the allegations made in the complaint, and said the rapper would be filing a lawsuit against her.

In a statement at the time, the representative accused Pisciotta of “blackmail and extortion,” and called the allegations against him “baseless.”

The beleaguered rapper has faced a slew of controversy in recent months; he recently released a song titled “Heil Hitler” after previously making antisemitic comments and trying to sell a swastika T-shirt.
