Kelly Clarkson feared she had ‘explosive diarrhea’ parasite after mid-show bathroom trip

Kelly Clarkson feared she fell prey to cyclospora, the lettuce-linked parasite, over the weekend.

The singer, 44, shared a “TMI” confession with concert attendees while performing in Las Vegas on Saturday.

The “American Idol” alum hesitated before “go[ing] ahead and say[ing] it.”

“I don’t know what’s wrong with me,” she spilled. “I don’t know if I’ve got that thing where people eat lettuce and s–t. I don’t know what the f–k.

“But last night during the show, I was like, ‘Oh my God. Jesus,’” she continued. “I get back to my room, and I have never been so happy there is not a man in the room because he for sure would never make sweet love to this again.”

As the audience laughed, the singer went on to reference the “Bridesmaids” food poisoning scene, quipping the 2011 movie “ain’t got s–t on what happened in [her] life.”

She added, “I was like, ‘Oh, Lord!’ You know the part where you think it’s over, it has to be over, no girl!”

Clarkson praised the “warm toilets” in Sin City before declaring, “I’m gonna be single until I’m dead. It’s fine. I’m gonna find another weird motherf–ker out there.”

Noting that was “no segue from that” to her next song, the “Voice” judge concluded, “I hope tonight is not like that.”

TikTok users raved over Clarkson, who released her “I’d Be Lyin’” single Friday, “doing standup” with her “onstage banter.”

One commented that the “relatable” Grammy winner “is so real for sharing those kinda stories and also giving “no f–ks.”

She did not hint at the bathroom nightmare in her Instagram caption about Friday’s show, which read, “I’d Be Lyin’ if I said I didn’t have the best time last night! The crowd was so loud, thank you for singing along!”

Cyclospora causes cyclosporiasis, an intestinal illness characterized by prolonged diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea, fatigue, bloating, weight loss and low-grade fever, per the CDC.

The outbreak, which the CDC states has sickened more than 1,600 people in 34 states, started in May.

A “Challenge” star named Leroy Garrett dished on his experience with the parasite last week, describing his “weekend with [his] toilet” in an unfiltered Instagram video.

“It feel like you got Timberlands in a dryer inside your stomach,” he explained. “Imagine putting some Timberlands in a dryer. You know what that would sound like? That’s what your stomach sounds and feels like.”
