Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann seen for first time in same location since son’s arrest

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann put on a united front for their children after their son Kroy Jr.’s shocking arrest.

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum and the former NFL pro were snapped at their 14-year-old son Kash’s high school football game in Alpharetta, Georgia, Sunday in pictures obtained by Page Six.

Zolciak arrived with their 12-year-old daughter Kaia, sporting a skin-tight all-black ensemble with white sneakers and wearing her long blond hair down.

Biermann, 40, arrived separately, wearing a blue hoodie, khaki shorts and flip-flops. He left 30 minutes after his estranged wife’s arrival, leaving the game early.

Kroy Jr., 15, was arrested earlier this month for serious sexual assault charges and is currently being held without bond at Atlanta’s Metro Regional Youth Detention Center. He has a hearing scheduled for Sept. 1.

According to papers filed in Fulton County Juvenile Court and obtained by Page Six, a female classmate accused Kroy Jr. of assaulting her in the Life Time fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia, on April 23.

The girl claimed to officials that, while in a co-ed sauna, Kroy Jr. allegedly forced himself on her despite her saying no, with the boy allegedly attempting “multiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants,” per the court docs.

Additionally, she accused Kroy Jr. of forcing oral sex and digitally penetrating her vagina, per the court docs, and alleged that when she “finally managed to get away from him … he pulled up his pants and left.”

Zolciak, 48, is standing by her son. In a statement to Page Six, the reality star called the allegations against her son “reckless and deeply troubling.”

“He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged,” she said.

She claimed her son passed a voluntary polygraph examination regarding the allegations.

“Additionally, an examination was conducted, and no DNA belonging to my son was found,” the statement continued, claiming, “We are also aware that this individual has made similar allegations involving two other people, which raises serious concerns that deserve to be carefully examined.”

The Bravo star isn’t laying low despite the disturbing arrest.

Just days after the news of Kroy Jr.’s legal troubles broke, Zolciak was spotted going out to dinner in Palm Beach, Florida, with son Kash and her boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz. The mother of six was dressed to the nines, wearing a form-fitting black dress with strappy stiletto heels for the evening outing.

Zolciak and Biermann were married for 11 years before splitting in 2023. Since then, they’ve been embroiled in a contentious divorce including a custody battle over their four minor kids —  Kroy Jr., Kash, and 12-year-old twins Kaia and Kane — and arguments about finances.
