Kylie Jenner’s Former Housekeeper Sues for Harassment and Discrimination 1 Year After Resignation
Kylie Jenner is being sued by a former employee on harassment and discrimination, among other allegations.
Court documents obtained by Us Weekly state that a woman named Angelica Vasquez began working as Jenner’s housekeeper in September 2024. Initially, Vasquez was employed at Jenner’s Beverly Hills home before being reassigned to the reality star’s Hidden Hills residence.
Vasquez is taking legal action against Jenner, 28, as an individual along with Kylie Jenner, Inc., Tri Star Services LLC, La Maison Family Services LLC and Does 1 through 25, who have yet to be identified.
Vasquez claimed she was treated with “hostility and exclusion” by fellow employees, whom she reported to while working at the Hidden Hills home. Vasquez alleged that she was “subjected to severe and pervasive harassment” by the other employees on the housekeeping staff.
Jenner’s ex-housekeeper was allegedly “assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks” within the home. She was “excluded” from the team and “humiliated” in front of other coworkers due to “race, national origin and religion,” per the court documents. Vasquez further alleged that her supervisors “snapped their fingers” at her and often “shouted.” Vasquez claimed she was “falsely accused” of misconduct by her fellow employees in a “demeaning and degrading manner.”
According to the docs, Vasquez was asked to give up her phone for inspection. She was also accused of “speaking negatively” about her coworkers.
“This conduct was continuous and created a toxic and abusive work environment,” the documents continued, noting that Vasquez was allegedly met with “repeated discriminatory and derogatory” statements directed her way. There were also alleged comments about “immigration status.”
The docs note that Vasquez is a Salvadorian woman and practicing Catholic. She was allegedly “mocked for her accent and treated as inferior.”
Vasquez claimed she made several complaints, including one in November 2024, which were allegedly “dismissed, mocked or ignored.” By March 2025, things allegedly “got violent” and hangers were apparently thrown at Vasquez’s feet.
There were also alleged issues with Vasquez’s pay, the docs claimed. Vasquez developed “anxiety, severe stress and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder,” before taking medical leave in July 2025. The following month, Vasquez resigned from her position due to “ongoing harassment, discrimination, retaliation and unlawful working conditions.”
Vasquez claimed that all wages earned were not paid, including overtime compensation. She also alleged that there was a failure to provide meal periods and rest periods. Vasquez alleged that business expenses were not reimbursed.
Vasquez claims she has suffered from “emotional distress; anxiety and PTSD symptoms; loss of wages” due to her employment. Along with “discrimination; retaliation; wage violations; and disregard for employee rights.”
Vasquez is seeking a jury trial, according to the documents. Us Weekly has reached out to Jenner for comment.
